Thank you for answering all my questions, and for all your comments, Evo. I recall being in a table with a couple of players who were millionaires. But you are right, perhaps that wasn't the one! Well spotted!!
However, I can't look up people on Sharkscope, because it doesn't show full info on players, including ABI. Note that I am not paying fees at Sharkscope. That is why I use Pokerprolabs.
I class players as follows:
[My player classification]
"Recreational player":
- has played few games
- has never made any final tables
"Weak reg":
- has played a lot of games
- has made final tables
- has not won any tours this year in recent months
"Reg":
- has played a lot of games
- has won tours this year in recent months
"Tough reg":
- has played a lot of games
- has played higher stakes
- has won tours this year in recent months in higher stakes
The most important point is,
"regs" are relevant to the stakes I am playing. They are regs in THAT level or higher. So, their ABI may be low, but, well, I am playing low ABI also.
What do you think? Is this classification good, or too complicated?
And am I just wasting my time classifying players given that I am playing micro and low stakes?
