FT bubbled the $55 10k and $33 1R1A in my last session, with $2.7k and $3k up top. Really frustrating. But am also glad that I'm making runs, especially in tougher tournaments that I would've just gotten crushed in a year ago.

Still feeling really disappointed about the iPOPs main event and the miniftops 6-max, although that was set over and set and I couldn't do anything, it sucks to think what could've been if I won that pot and had such a giant CL.

Going to keep up the volume for the rest of the month, probably play every day. On about 600 MTTs for the month so far, so in regards to the freeroll i've already cleared the volume. Have reviewed only 3/10 tournies and 10/20hrs of study. I've got a week though and should get through it, sorry guys

Nah I've never singled out HU and worked on it but I've played a ridiculous amount of live HU against mates when I lived out of home and we had a poker room. I actually bought a book on HU from the 2p2 store a few months back but haven't gotten around to reading it yet, this is a good reminder.

Yeah I think that's the case in turbos. Nowhere near deep enough to take a beat and rebuild.

When I didn't grind a long session I used to play head up turbo sit'n'gos. Still do sometimes. I'm only a slight life time winner but it made me feel like I really knew what I was doing when I got HU at a FT and generally I felt like whoever I was up against had no idea what they were doing.

APRIL REVIEW:



RESULTS:
1st - Big $33 - $5k
1st - $55 Monsoon - $3.3k
6th - iPoker Mini ME - $2.7k
2nd - $54 Knockout - $1.9k
3rd - $5.50 Turbo [10k] - $1.6k
2nd - €40 Multi-Entry - $1.1k

and some other small stuff, 1st in $26 Big Double, 1st $11 turbo, 3rd Early Fiddy and actually managed to FT my first $109. Was the Lighting 6-max on 888 but I took 5th.

All in all it was a pretty good month. It could've been GREAT but I ft bubbled the Big $16.50 and the $55 10k, aswell as the $44 6-max and $33c's multiple times Still really happy to be making runs in those tho as they're probs the tougher tournaments in my sched. Also had the FT of the iPoker Main which has been in the back of my mind since it happened and I wouldn't say I'm upset by it anymore, but definitely dissapointed. I don't know when/if I'll get that chance at massive CL against 5 fish in a series Main event again.

Really would've loved to top the month off on an upswing rather than a downswing, and hit 10k but I think I may have lost a bit of focus in my last couple sessions. I've taken the last couples day off and have watched some videos, lots of reading and am ready for SCOOP. I put up a package to reduce the cost of the series and It got snapped up in like 10mins which was awesome and I've got a mate coming over tomorrow for the start of SCOOP/end of MiniFTOPS, should be a good one!

I didn't actually end up going to the series in Melbourne. Through the month I realised I was probably gonna be going solo and the trip would end up costing too much. I should probably work on trying to find a live backer cause there's some good series here in Australia and the only reason I don't play them all is because of money.

But I completed all the goals anyway, without really having to push for it. I'll probably make my goals a little harder for May.

Bricked all the SCOOPS. 4x bullet in the miniftops main and lost every flip for a stack. It's a long month though, good things coming!
