I'm a tilt monkey, in the last few hands I've lost about 600bb making the monkey.
In the normal tables I have literally given away the money. And look that there are weak players and fishes but I have given them more than 1200bbs literally.
I have realized that when I start to play for the sake of playing is when I do the worst.
There are several aspects to correct or work on:
Tilt, concentration, routine/schedules...
I'm going to start playing sessions of 2h max, 3 a day.
I am going to play 100k hands in blitz200.
I think I can win at 10bb including rakeback which is 2bb/100.
I will update every Tuesday.
Here we go.

I´m back
I am devastated, I need to change the dynamics and I have decided to restart this blog/thread.
I've had a rough time with my family and it has been reflected in the tables.
Results:
Break even with rakeback
220 795 hands 150/219 days 30k/ month
The last part of the graph says it all. I have been giving away $
My goal now is to change the dynamic.
I'm going to play nl200 4-6 tables and regain confidence.

As for the rake I'm doing well, if nothing strange happens I'll get it easy. Now the issue is to start playing halfway well and stop making donations.
Let's see if I can win at 3bb/100 at least.
what is the rake worth in pt4? attrib rake no?
This October the goal is to play about 100k hands.
Playing blitz I make about 700man/hour.

What a mess, I'm a tilt monkey
Back after 3 days away from the tables.
This is how the month is going. I am mostly playing blitz200 nl. It seems to me a level to win 3bb/100 easily (without rakeback) but I lose.
My goal is still to reach 100k hands and be at least even at the tables.

Good volume despite not reaching 100k hands but the result was pitiful. The last part of the month I started to gamble, played higher levels, played the nl2k All In fold 4max tables and played some plo hands. I ended the month tilted.
I have to rake 13271$ to reach 200kSP.
November and December target:
- Reach 200kSp ( 13300$ rake).
- Earn 20k$ including rakeback
This playing nl200-.400. Nl200 mainly.

Due to family reasons I played very little this month. I have run well as you can see especially on the AI-F tables.
