Don't think I wanna 4bet pre to gii 200bb deep, pretty sure he's not getting in TT/JJ/AQ, so I flatted IP. Flop and turn are pretty obv calls but otr i just have no idea. He's a reg presumably based on his stats so he likely views river as a good card to bluff. At the same time he's not vbetting worse now and he can def play ATs/AJ+ this way. Flush seemed irrelevant to me at the time since I block a ton of his FD combos.

Anyway, +$40 day with RB, so the BR is heading in the right direction. I'm thinking of taking a few days off though because I'm really worn out from having played about 45 of the last 50 days and I'm starting to play like a robot. Will see how I feel tomorrow.

Experimented with playing way more aggro today after some great discussion last night with game2eazy and results were great. Mostly NL5 with some NL2 mixed in. All the volume I'll be able to get in today though unfortunately.

Ran into the top of people's ranges consistently and was getting cold 4/5bet a ton etc. Started off pretty good showdown-wise but redline was taking a massive beating. Don't worry about redline to much! It can I crease and decrease on how you value bet etc . Say on that flush hand you jam river and Villian fold then all that in the pot will increase redline. As long as it not going on a straight downward you shouldn't worry session to session keep it up looking good

Had a good morning session. Needed it really badly. Played very focused although I may have made a few mistakes. One of them was when I doubled barreled mid pair+OESD ott and ended up binking and overbet shoving the river to get called by TPTK for a 300bb pot, so cant really complain even though I hate my play. Pretty happy with how the session went though:



Gym time and studying out in the sun all day now. Gonna try to get in another session in the evening. Month currently back over $200 profit with 35k hands played. Gym freeroll looking good too with 9/12 times gone after today. Cardio is a lost cause though :/

Also with my ******edly low volume these days i generally only find like 30-45 min time slots where i can play and I'm just not that concentrated. I wanna play as focused as possible at NL10.

I DID play 100 hands of NL10 this morning though hehe and won a BI. Felt tired and unfocused though so I took a crap and played 750 more hands at NL5 and won 2 BIs. Ran pretty pure.

Usually taking a crap is a massive jinx for me, but it worked out fine today
