Lol yeah it's a good episode she's supposed to be a bride/gift to some emperor or something and she's been programmed to fall in love with the first man she sees which ends up being Picard. And then of course all her clothes just fall right off.

Ray did you bag day1? Would you tell us if you bought in your last 10k to the main event and busted day 1? Because if we don't hear anything from you in the next week or so that's what we're going to have to assume happened.

buying into Main with his last $10K would be a standard occurrence for our hero, he touted his plan as his "biggest gamble ever" or something to that effect (too lazy to look up)

I strongly suspect it has something to do with cashing out equity in his house unbeknownst to his wife, and then betting it all on some stone cold lock crypto scheme

All he ever does is win. If he bought into the main with his last 10k you'd know because he would be on the top of the leaderboard.

If u don’t hear from me again; then it didn’t work out. I only talk when I hv chips.

"All on the line, do or die, only talk when I have chips." Nah Ray bought his last 10k into the main event I almost guarantee it.

this is from someone who's literally flipped for his net worth many times over, $10K buy in wouldn't even make his top 20

He could as well ALSO fire a 10K main bullet in addition to whatever he was planning, but it was definitely not what he was talking about

Taking 100% of his bankroll and putting it into a tournament instead of sticking to cash games is exactly the kind of move Ray would call the riskiest move of his life. He's never risked his whole bankroll before, yes he's gone all-in on a stock but that's not a win or lose tournament. You guys don't understand the allure of gambling and the main event. It makes idiots go crazy and think they can win millions and be on espn. Trust me, I feel it too, I'm an idiot at heart. Ray is on day 3 now cruising his way to victory and he's going to laugh at all of us. Hashtag semi-retireded.

Heard he was playing a lot of plo in Cincinnati.
Anyone know what his biggest lifetime risk he is supposedly doing?
I haven’t seen him around.

considering he doesn't know how to play PLO doing so seems like a pretty big risk.

Just bumping this thread in case Rayz decides to do another challenge - maybe a PLO one? Lol

Seriously though, he seemed to be in quite a bit of financial stress (some or most of which he put on himself) and hope that he is in a better space, physically and mentally.

Anyone, who sees him at the tables, tell him that he should update this thread with his latest advice/insights - even though some were delusional, it was a great read!

I played next to Rayz the other day in a $1/$2 game at Southern Indiana. After a little while i asked him about the thread, what he's up to, etc. He said he had no plans to update the thread. He said he's playing poker and he and Bags have started a little landscaping business. They're doing season work. Cutting grass in the summer, raking leaves in the Fall, snow in the winter.

He said he's hoping Trump wins because he has gone all in on the energy stocks and he's hoping those will pop with a Trump win.

What happened with the XLM holding? Did he lose all the funds on the exchange or able to retrieve the XLM? XRP / XLM is having a bit of a revival lately.
