Just putting the crazy scenario out there....what happens if PayPal gaps down 20% overnight and as a result doesn't trade through your stop? As a result the down payment is gone.

Don't think he'll be showing up any time soon!

Just have to settle for Alcaraz instead.

Crossed my mind. My chest has been getting tight thinking of this.
We are F’d if that happens.

I enjoy the practice sessions better than matches.

Enjoy the tennis matches Ray. Your daughter playing tennis or just likes watching the matches with you?

Thank @Eri_manga. Gd times for sure. Sara got embarrassed and ended up moving away from me.
U know when players go to their towels at the baseline. ??? Well we were right there during those towel offs. I was pumping up this American player, Cressy, as he was trying to pull off the upset in 3rd set tiebreak. The Stella’s Artois were giving me more confidence in speaking. I know I got Cressy to the 3rd set w my motivation lol. During Cressy towels offs I wd say serve and volley all day Cressy!!! All Day!!! He wd then go back to baseline to serve and then come in. That was him from the start. His 1 2 was on point!
Dude is the best volleyer I ever seen in person. Therapy Rays was encouraging w “ALL DAY CRESSY”!! “Too easy”!!

Yes, Shay, plays for the middle school. #3 singles last year for a stacked team.
Knock, my 7yr old, plays a little. Not too serious.
Mya, my 20, played a couple years in high school. She plays more pickle ball now than anything else.
Sara, my wife, not much.

ItÂ’s great exercise for the lifespan. The most mentally tough sport as well. Probably the most mental, or golf.

Solid question. Been giving this some thought.
First off, the emotions for tomorrow r high. Not sure if I’m scared, nervous, excited, or anxious. All I know, I desperately desperately desperately do not want to stop loss this at 59.7!!!!!! That is 3% down from current level, but I must leave w $400k. If I don’t and it goes lower, I will feel awful beyond watering tears.

Side note: lil wake n bake on balcony. Updating the 2+2ers. Coffee. Ladies r at a country picnic and I hear knock watching Utubes in the other room.

Back to the question…
The plans:
•Stop limit loss at 59.7. leaving us w $400k. Put $300k (half down) on the house. $100k left for poker while we stay invested in pypl/btc.
This scenario equals NO R1S Rivian.
•if pypl miraculously recovers and stays above $60; then we roll w it until closing Sept 29th.
This scenario, if above $600k, we get R1S Rivian.

Retired from all jobs except poker. No more putting greens, tennis lessons, basketball courts, landscaping, etc. Unless pypl opens 10% down on Monday leaving us barely w a down payment on the house and no $ left over.

Why would you blow a quarter of your remaining net worth on a vehicle? From all accounts you can beat low stakes easily but are just a gambler at heart. Wake and bake. Breakfast and bake. Lunch and bake. Dinner and bake. Do whatever it takes to chill out and to let yourself know the only competition worth having is making sure your family is always secure enough to eat and cover bills without constantly moving, your significant other and you are happy with each other, and everyone is healthy. This other competition about having the best house, best car, risking it all for the most money is just white noise.

Side note, tennis is a gentlemen’s game I don’t blame her moving seats. Not sure why you feel the need to push everything to the max at the expense of your loved ones comfort. That guy you were cheering on is going to be just fine whether he wins or loses his match, no need to create family frictions over things that have no meaning in your life beyond HES AN AMERICAN! Sit back relax and enjoy the skills. If you want to scream and shout take the family to WWF or a football game.

As a parent your money IS your family's money. JFC how can someone at your age be so irresponsible and stupid.

Nah...they're old enough to earn a wage in a shop or sweat shop. They'll also have a high school education so they're sorted for life.

On such an important day here itt, we got a new CEO announcement from pypl board. It really is a miracle that came premarket today. Sending it up 3%!! It feels so divine.
This is make or break times right now. I can’t stress enough how badly I wanna stay invested until closing Sept 29th. Do not want this to end. Let’s send it higher at open!!!

can you not just pull out the down payment and gamble with the rest? you've found a different investment of the month basically perpetually for the last six years? i think since ENPH. there's always going to be another trade. i dont understand why u feel like u gotta make it immediately every single time.

Big fan of XPEV @masq. Mostly for the development of their electric vertical take off.

My bud @tswpoker1 and I dabbled in AMD around the $5 mark 2016 ish. Another one I wish I held to today.

I never really go back to stocks after I miss the initial run up.
