I like the plan of sticking with your goal. For one, it shows great discipline, and two, it the optimal way to minimize your risk of ruin, however unlikely that is; and as I understand it, HBB wants to make a living from poker, so he should the do it in the safest way possible.

There's all the advantages that like all of us, he's still learning, and it's best to get as much learning done at the lower stakes; this will build his confidence; and his experience will grow.

As I get more experienced, I'm more and more a fan of safer bank roll management. Coolers and local down swings happen more than we would like.

Fulltilt poker sent me a 100$ bonus to come back there, i have 10 days to clear it. i will play there until i clear it playing 5nl rush poker and then its time for 10nl on pokerstars.

my attempt to get the bonus at fulltilt went really bad, i lost 50 dollars and came back to pokerstars. grinding back the losses now

i played some nl2 when i didnt feel 100% focused.

i payed the internet again today so for the next month it wont be a problem again.

also the friend that i borrowed 150 euros to cant give me the money back so he offered to give me his 30inch monitor instead and i accepted. so the new screen should help me with multitabling, my current one is 21 inches.

thanks bro im happy to hear that. i think i moved to 5nl at around 250 dollars, after that i decided to use 100 buy in requirements for safety and to gain experience along the way. i did notice a difference, it was harder than 2nl but after some reading i was beating 5nl steadily
