Anyway today has been another ****ty day at the office. I got tilted again by fmylife , who as usual has been a remarkable pos at the tables, and excells at the mastery of talking ****. Gotta give him credit for that.

I reviewed my recent 2k shots and i feel like Ive definitely played kinda ****ty. Not terrible but i really took some bad lines.
2ndly i rebanned myself to a cap of 16 tables again. I mean today was an epic fail in terms of everythign i was striving for this year. I had 4 1k zoom running and probably another 10-12 2k games running in which there mite have been 2 or 3 fish at best. The skill level is definitely higher at 2k. Theres still a few meh regs there i play with at 1k as well, but then u got some guys like monkee fmylife advancedfear eccentric who play a lot better than the 1k regs imo. Suddenly me battling it out while masstabling doesnt cut it anymore. Im gonna have to make a decision in terms of what im going to do. Wether to solely play 2k whenever i play it,or mix it with 1k but table select it. It s just so hard to resist to sit down and play 3handed or hu cos its much easier , it doesnt involve lookin at empty tables and trying to click to get a seat which u prolly get 10% of the time given how fast the prgrams are. On the other hand im simply a degenerate and cant help myself, once i start with 1 2 3 of those i end up adding more and more until i reach my **** table cap.
Skype has been a big issue again , esp in my first session today ive mainly played poorly due to having too many tables going and then freakin posting pics and talkin about random **** in this new skype grp im in. Its really fun most of the times, but i definitely need to keep myself in check with it more, since ive been slippin into old habits slowly.

This blog might have been entertaining for u guys, but I havent accomplished a single goal yet. If anything ive been failing miserably at all of the goals i had. Patience seems to be the key word in most aspects of the leaks i have. aLL THE bad **** I do is do to impatience for the most part. Honeslty its just the start to the year, wether im up 50k or down or slightly up , isnt a big deal. My volume has been relatively small considering ive only played 84hrs.
I will give this some more consideration , we will see what happens i guess. At this point tho, the best thing that could happen to me would be a universal zoom pool for all the stakes. it would eliminate all my personal issues and definitely create a better environment. anyways its **** 5.20 am again. c yaaa

All his other predictions were pretty damn good. Just check out his predictions for UFC 169 since that's whats coming up next bro

So i made 97 k vpp which is ok considering I dont feel like ive even played alot.
things havent been great but they could be worse i guess. 2k thing went pretty bad unfortunately and kinda stumped the lil momentum i had gained. On a positive note I won less than in the 1st month of last year so that keeps me in good spirits.
Zoom 1k has been running almost every day and as a result my volume has been a lot better towards the end of the month. There s just sth about the pace I enjoy about it. I m back to a cap of 16 tables again and wont unban myself this time for some time.
I just withdrew 60 % of my roll and wont be playing anything higher than 1k until i get my roll to somehwere i m comfortable again. I m not 100% sure yet about this, but its the most liekly scenario.

Think i dumped roughly 12k at 2k , which isnt a lot of BI obv, but it just bummed me out to be frank. Not the money necessarily but the fact that i couldnt just run good while shotting for once. I think I had to shot at every single stake multiple times b4 transitionning completely. I mean , not to be arrogant but I feel like i can hang in most of those games. Would be nice if i could as well like some ppl just shot higher and instantly godmode the stake from the get go. Anyways, im stll pretty positive about the whole start tho. Poker is definitely not dead nor has dried up, its filled with leeches and scum , sure, and the biggest or saddest thing is , that unlike any other community (that i know off), are they accepted and tolerated and sometimes even celebrated. Cant wait for the day stars decides to make 1k universally zoom. Skill will finally be the predominating factor wether ur winning decently or not. ^^

with that said keep this lil message in mind mfers... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SX7KsU9MwEo

the card was such a bummer I came home from a nite out and was fighting to stay awake thoughout it.
I dont know man, tough call. Aldo is such a beast, im not sure how well pettis is gonna deal with his speed and aldo mite even be bigger than him at 55. So ye its gonna be a close fight. Id love to see pettis go on a run though, he s the only potential superstar right now, given he finishes his fights or at least always tries.his body kicks looked so god damn nasty in the last couple of fights. I think aldo should fight mendes first as soon as possible, ( defi not swanson , he willl murder him ) and then if he wins he can fight pettis in august/september.
lets hope nate pull off anotherr quality win though .. Also if nick is smart he could get another title shot with the right matchups, since georges St-*** is out of the picture.

Hey man, congrats for the thread, it's allways interesting to see how high stakes players deal with the swings and to hear what they think about the state of poker.

I just started playing poker and 2014 will be dedicated for it. Playing 10nl atm and I have some questions, if you don't mind answering: What do you think about zoom poker? How is 1000nl zoom compared to 1000nl normal tables?

I really like the format of zoom and want to know if I am losing value by playing it. (by value I mean $$$ and my improvement as a poker player)

I think a lot of leaks arent as exploited cos of how aggro he can be preflop and on the flop for the most part. Honestly im not sure, maybe i miss sth but he seems pretty meh to me.
