I wouldn't say 20bb game is about abusing wide ranges, I would say poker is about abusing wide ranges. All kinds of poker I've played I allways had a positive red line having a positive EV

This can't be more incorrect. Of course u can do sophisticated plays and multi street bluffs. I think you havn't played too much CAP.
The reason why is more about red line is because there are not fish with tons of blinds, so u can not leak money doing speculative calls to hit a monster and stack him. Most regs in any kind of poker have a negative red line because they don't try to steal enogh pots or they don't know when/how to do it.
