I've caught back up with pace for SNE which is good! Took a stab at 200nl which didn't go well today so I'm moving back down to 100nl.

I have a 20k hand sample of winning at 100nl, so hopefully I can continue that trend at 100nl and take another shot!

I wanted to talk a bit about some things that have been said at this thread and are incorrect.

I wouldn't say 20bb game is about abusing wide ranges, I would say poker is about abusing wide ranges. All kinds of poker I've played I allways had a positive red line having a positive EV

This can't be more incorrect. Of course u can do sophisticated plays and multi street bluffs. I think you havn't played too much CAP.
The reason why is more about red line is because there are not fish with tons of blinds, so u can not leak money doing speculative calls to hit a monster and stack him. Most regs in any kind of poker have a negative red line because they don't try to steal enogh pots or they don't know when/how to do it.

I'm glad I haven't seen you much at the tables this year

I've been somewhat slacking. I've had a lot on recently in my private life so have been kept busy with that so haven't been able to put in anywhere near as much volume as I would've liked, combine that with whilst I am playing, I only play a small amount of tables (between 8-12) means that i've fallen behind pace more than I would've liked, but it's nothing that I can't catch up on with some long sessions and moving up!

It's been a demotivating month for me when I have been playing, I've been running extremely bad which never helps the confidence (or the bankroll!).

So sick What makes the downswing even worse was the sick run you had in the big Sunday Million last week too.

Hang on in there and I'm sure variance will be on your side soon. Breakeven EV is a solid brag especially with how this downswing must be affecting you mentally. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before you run good and get to move up to the 'beatable' limits
