Focussing:This week I will really be focusing in on range and combos. I want to look at my hud and be able to read it second nature.

Also bankroll Man. and playing in my limits. This has been my number 1 down fall. But this time I am gonna do it.
I will also be keeping all my sessions down to 1.5-2 hours really focusing on playing my A game..... I will also keep the table number down this first week and really try to hammer in range.



Goals: 20k hands for week
10 hours study
get coach!! I already have an awesome one picked from 2+2 cant wait
get bank account

Well ended first session with an L.......First shot 50nl failed..... got stuck early in the ession, played longer than I wanted....made a come back late tried to force a couple spots spots. All and all not happy give myself a B-
Will get some rest reflect in am....for now rest...

Well started the morning good.. Planned to play a double session...... Ended up playing 7hrs had very good success...... until the end shipped 200 bb

My hem crashe so no sats.... I should of ended session before this and I knew it, had way too many tables open and not paying attention to the board and definetly messed up.........This ended the session and im really upset because I wasn't paying attention to the board and now that I revieed it it was an easy check not a ship but......

but besides that I played ok.... booked a W and covered losses from session 2 break even.....This one made me feel like a sukkah but glad I found the fold button hud was down as well....villain just sat at table

lol this one is awful I shouldn't even show it but this is a learning post so im gonna embarrass myself... villain is somewhere between tagish lagish reg, went back and forth all session .. Trying to come up w/ a creative line... but I def need to find fold button knew he had def a fish.....

uuugg the more I review those hands ...definitely going to stop trying to trap, and also I booking 2 hour coaching session w/ a 2=2er, I know better than making those mistakes and hand 1 I bet 3x villain's folds, hand 2 k7 was ok....I know K7s is iffy but. I actually just watched it again and remembered it was a misclick, I hit raise instead of fold....but that's due to playing to many tables, and hand 3 was awful but I need to bet that flop and when the board goes 4 to a str I need to pay better attention and play way more careful when deep. Those are the really only bad plays I made, total of approx. 110 at the end of the session when I know I should of quit.........definatly a C- Just glad the rest of the session was pretty solid, and at least I can pick these problems out.........good day everyone graphs at end of week )

WPN is dead. Id think about moving to bovada.

Ihave no problem with wpn.... besides the session I just had lol......couldent get anything going, dropped almost 3 bi. Got smashed and than tilte had to end session early. Br is down to 890 the 50nl shot is over.....

got lost on hands deff need to start my coaching shipping money fri!
So I figured out to rum hem2 my laptop cant have more than 5 tables open....anything more it causes lag which in the long run causes tilt ive noticed.
villians 24/17 w/ ag 1.0 honestly this hands makes me want to puke along with this whole session

AT this point I was tlted but it wasn't over.... There was a few more plays that were str tilt where I need to be hitting the fold button...Have to ty and work thru it tmmorow. This guys a 34/26 with a 3bet of 8, seen him make some really thin plays, I deffinatly overplayed this and monkey spewed a whole stack deffenatly a learn by embarrassment so lets hear it im a fish
This was the session ender an shot killer........Villians a tag I didn't expect to run int str was very tilted at this point villains has a 4% cold call range put him on 88,+ some sort of suited bway aggression of 6.6
