I suck at updating this thread. I'm not really sure where I want to go with this anymore to be honest because on one hand I'd like to post hands and my thoughts on them and on the other I know for a fact that alot of regulars (even the ones who don't speak english) who I play against read or at least are aware of this thread. Which is really scary considering how tough poker is getting.

I'll try to keep updating this thread with lifestuff and occasional poker stuff, we'll see how it goes.

Anyways, on to happier things! I'm back in Playa del Carmen aka paradise. Been on the grind and just enjoying life. PCA was an awesome experience, I got to meet alot of people and actually make money . I cashed in the Main for ~24k with a big chunk of myself and after expenses I think I ended up a small winner #thinlyveiledbargs. I met xPastorcito who final tabled the main, Eccentric_BG , Frenchdoge, Ronaldo, Liv Boree, Tonna, SMB, Mayo and many others! One of my friends actually took the main down. Easy game. It was a great experience and I hope to go back next year (if I'm not bust). Amaya also upgraded me to the Cove suite which was an absolutely ridiculous room valued at $800/night. #SNEPerks Food was extremely expensive and I ran pretty bad with flips, oh well.

So yeah just been enjoying life, on a seminormal sleep/grind schedule. Waking up early, morning exercises, showers, grind, eat, grind, beach, chill. I'm heading to Hong Kong in about a week for Chinese New Years to see family and a bit of grinding in Macau but after I get back I think I'll try to get a gym membership. I finished reading Gone Girl in the Bahamas and it was very good, def recommend. ty dg4 for the book and rec! I've started reading the first Game of Thrones book, so far so good. So yeah, hitting all my goals which is more than I can ask.

Pretty low volume for my last month, probably the least hands I've ever played in a month (barring during WSOP). Few reasons for it was that I was cutting back on tables and also a few of the battling regs are on vacation (well deserved for hitting SNE imo). Very happy with the results, obviously running hot. The past half year hasn't treated me too well and this was a much needed confidence booster.

Haven't joined a gym yet, but I hear there's some MMA gym that just opened up and I may try to go there after I get back from Asia. As for books, still reading first book of GoT, pretty thick read. Leaving in a few days so I won't get to grind as much as I would like this month due to not having a monitor/seeing family/running errands. Will try to make an appearance in Macau grind a bit and meet some friends.

hmm where to start. made my way out of Mexico a few days ago and finally landed in HK last night. It's quite cold here. Managed to drop by and see family in LA on the way here, had tons of good food. I'll be here til the end of the month ish seeing family and friends which should be fun. Probably will be another low volume month but that's okay. Will try to make up for it by going to Macau, games should be good for Chinese New Years.

Had an awesome last few weeks in Mexico. It was smb's birthday on Monday so we went out on Sunday night and went on the loose. dougiedan made an appearance, really nice guy as well. really great group of guys out there, very happy they're there.

Played my first hand of 5k in over a year. The shot went well, think I played okay and ran decently well. sorry there won't be many graphs for a while, I'm trying not to check my results. I know it's a mental game leak, but I'm not quite sure how to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd like to hear them.
