At Sunday we are going to Panama. Will make some photos there and make a trip report. Latelly a lot of changes. Also I know that some readers was waiting for chicks photos, they are on blog at: www.ilidek.com

I am ill. At least I'll catch up my sleep deficit because I am sleeping like 18-20h each day.

I am back at Medelline. Panama was fine but I couldn't wait for grind. Went back from airport, ate something and start grinding. Unfortunatelly downswing didn't pass and I have to grind it. I've faced many donks on the River and many River raises but there is no better time to improve my vbeting River and playing vs River donkbets especially becuase I have a phobia that it will happen over and over again still today in 450 hands had 7 raises on the River and 5 donks.

Yesterday was pretty hardcore day, first I've been attacked with machete latter on I came back and lost 700$ in 150 hands. Today was grinding pretty hard and I am resting. Tomorrow will write longer post becasue I have some reflections, esp after this machete attack... xD

Ok today was pretty hardcore day. I didn't make a session review for a long time. As a punishment I did last 2.5h month in a row. It was like 500 hands still 150 hands left for more precise analysis. It's boring as **** but when you don't do something important for long time it's time that you have to pay.... I probably won't skip session review ever again after next two days... xD In 25 min I have to turn off my PC so I'll write this post tomorrow. Don't want to do a BS job and will enclose some photos from Panama.

Downswing latter part.... Lost cash again.... on nl600 my keyboard is ****ed up and skrill is blocked and it will be hard to withdraw money for living costs.... downswing GTFO...... find other friends....

What's stakes do you normally play? Here it seems you plays 600nl but last page you were upset about losing 700 (or 1 buy in) Im confised and just curious. If you are angry about losing 1 buy in at HU seems maybe you are playing to high?

I am playing up to nl600 but it happend on nl100. It's something else to lose 1 BI at nl600 then to lose 7 BI on nl100 over and over again vs 2 guys. I am girnding so it's only matter of time

I was never thinking that I'll write it but I am very glad that I have this downswing. I've learned few important things because of it. Improved some others and learned how to calm myself. Have a lot of refelctions because had 3 sleepless nights but had 'aha' moment once again. More life wise than poker wise but it still count. Will write a longer post probably at Monday because a lot of things changed. Anyway even after this session I was feeling great after 10 min.

Ya 7 buy ins is tilting af, just keep grinding it bro.....I always thought that was kinda normal for HU (I play 6m)

What are your standard swings for HU vs an active reg? What kind of BR rules do u follow for each limit? Thinking of trying some HU but not sure what kind of roll to have for limits. Thanks

It is kind of normal but it doesn not mean that my mindset handle it well Something I am keep working. I know it's not that good for me so I still keep to lower variance style. It will evolve in it's own time.

It's hard to say. It can be even 3-4 BI in 3 min. Usually I am playing lower variance style unless I'll have time reads and sizing reads. I do follow 40BI per limit and from nl400 60 BI for limit. I am still not ready for nl1k yet.

All is okey'ish keep doing my job. I have to force myself to make one whole day completely free of work. I am working too much and it decrease learning curve. Also I am not a paranoic not crazy, I realy had a dowswning. Kind of relieve to see this:

I am packing for a flight in the airplane will probably sum up 2014.

At the end of the year I hit an life cooler. We've been going back home and at Madrid Germans told us that we can't go to that Plain because Spanish people didn't put our luggage yet and there is not time for doing it. We have to take another flight because they won't let us in. We've been 1 hour delayed because Columbian people when they've hear they have to sit they went to the toilet. Like 10 of them, two times at the end and at the beggining of the flight. Becuase of that pilot was waiting for them and we were dealyed like 1h.

From 18h our flight it becomes 26h our flight and I've missed my bus to Poland. If it wansn't enough there were no our luggage..... It was still in freaking Madrit..... I've missed a bus because of that and still didn't get my luggage.... It was imposible to book any bus to Poland becuse it was New Year Eve that night and everything was allready booked.... from 26h I was traveling for 57hours... It was the end of the Year but I know one, nothing can break me right now.... Too much **** happened and you beat I am ready for 2015!!!

Still fighting with Jet Lag one day I was sleeping like 17h other like 2h. My body is in crazy mode right now. Yesterday I had a huge hangover. I have drink a lot for more than two years. I've handed out with my very close friend and we went to drink something. I've drank 10 shots, 3 liters of beer and it was all I was remembering but friend reminded me about another vodka and 3 beers.

I had pretty good time. I wanted to convice my friend to pick up chicks more regullarly so I had to do it with him. Was kind of fun, we were in small fight because one were with BF and we were drunk.... There was little blood but it ended pretty fast because I have a lot of experience in preventing those fast. After I came back to Poland I have problems with sleep. I've sleept like 18 hours last 5 days and it's interesting how my body adapt to it:

I've played few sessions but because of health conditions it was very bad idea. I make mistakes because lack of focus, I tilt way easier also because I make many mistakes. In a way it's perfect time to clean everything, work on those tasks that takes a **** load of time but aren't as focus demanding as other stuff. Was Cleaning my notes. In last few months again had like 170 notes, each time the same ****... xD.

Many slepless nights, many people, many 'aha' moments, many books, podcasts, many reflections, downswings, many **** happend and many changes. Non a shocker that I had sooo many notes. Decided it will be easier to just add most important than remove old ones so create next notepad and just copied those most important stuff.

And btw what I guess is most important. When I was checking notes about goals from the beggining of the year or from 01.06.2014 80% of things is done. What I think is a great success.
