Obv it´s your time and your money, you do whatever you want to do. It´s not horrible, even the old Magorko played for a living all the way from 2nl and up. My opinion is that it´s just not optimal.
While I suffer from the same "problem", I still think getting better and moving up should be a priority. In 12 months, all levels will get a bit harder, and winrates should drop (for the same skill level). So, IMHO remaining at the same stake is not that good if you want an income, even if it´s just a side income (bc your "salary" will be decreasing). Also, where is the mental stimulation in stacking off donks all day every day

Unless ofc you´re at midstakes++, then you can get stuck there forever and do just fine
