Hehe like siq said, beer is so good with like everything though! I think if I can just not drink unless I'm out, that will be solid enough as I'm not going to be going out to eat as much in 2013, which means I'll spend less nights degening in Tijuana which = less beer consumption .

you should do frequency pushups/chinups throught the day, just do at least 4 sets per day of like 80% of what your max would be.
add in 15 mins of some cardio. swimming, jogging, treadmill, shadow-boxing. every other day or something would be fine.
would be great if you could get into a real gym and start a lifting program.
^^ that's more for getting in shape than losing weight. losing weight is all about diet and people who try to exercise to lose weight usually end up doing the opposite (working out makes you more hungry)

Yea for sure, mostly going to try to improve diet and just get in at least SOME exercise every day. I'm pretty naturally strong, I went and lifted one day with my buddy while home and it was the first time I had lifted since I graduated HS and I benched 220 10/8/6 times in 3 sets without really any strain/difficulty...nothing outstanding at my height and weight (like 6 ft 3, 315 or so), but not horrid for not lifting in like 3 yrs.

Happy New Year to everyone, going to a buddy's house tonight to watch the NIU/FL St game. For those who don't know, NIU is located about 15 mins from my house and I know a ton of kids that go there, so gotta root for them!
So stoked to be leaving Illinois and heading back to Rosa in the morning. I land about 2:20pm in San Diego and my buddy and I are going to have to rush if we're going to get back to my condo in Rosarito and then make to the bar it in time for the Kstate/Oregon bowl game, but we're gonna try our best!
I think after the game we'll either end up in Tijuana (my plan as of now) or just at a sports bar to shoot some pool/throw darts/etc if we're too tired to go hard all night.
I probably will get in a couple short sessions of $60s on Friday just to get back in the swing of things; planning on playing 2-5 individual sessions of $60s, reviewing a bunch of spots, and then jumping back up to my normal stakes. I will say, however, that the games are SUPER gross right now at the $200 level, if the games don't clear up, I may be forced to GG the idea of going for 4mil vpps and just drop down or play offpeak.....I'm going to do w/e is best for my hourly. Basically if I can lose at 1.5% or less pre RB at my normal abi of mixing $100s-200s, it will be better than what I could do winning pre RB at a small clip at $30s-200s offpeak. Just going to keep an open mind and make adjustments as I see fit

Off to a slow start but running good. Actually didnt look at my graph for a day but now back to checking it after every session. Behind SNE pace but i havent been putting in many sessions and the sessions have been short since i still feel like **** from NYE. Gonna finish moving into my new place tmrw and then get on the grind.

Kinda thinking about Canada for 3 months before the wsop main. I'd want to move the family with me if I wanted to stay for weeks or months at a time. I need there to be places to go for my wife & kids and be safe at the same time. I'm just not sure about Caribbean or Mexico wrt to what we would need. It would be cool if I could just fly somewhere and grind for a week sometime myself but afaik that's not an option without being approved first.
