They take it all out on Florida. They changed the building codes down here after hurrican Andrew, now all houses are concrete. My house is new with "hurricane-proof" windows, it's a tank and still $2k/year. My buddy lives down the block in a similar valued 20 year old wooden house, he pays $7k/year.
