Mel can work as a fall asleep aid too you just have to take 3-4x the amount. Wouldnt rec taking that dose for an extended time but like Boliver said its a lot safer than almost any other sleep aid.

Pills are only short term solution though. Getting in a good routine with diet and exercise will help more than anything. Also getting out of bed right when you wake up and not laying around in bed when watching TV or on comp will get your brain in the habit of more closely associating you laying in bed and you sleeping.

Groggy time depends on how much sleep you got. Youre gonna be groggy for 8-10 hrs after taking it.

Was gonna post about this later, but might as well do it now.

Backer and I agreed on a seperate stake deal that covers my $200+ 25bb 6m hypers and $109+ 6m hyper sats, and then I still have my stake for everything $100 and below at my normal stake cut.

This allows me to still work on getting on my own dime on the 'smaller' stake, buying %s of my action etc, but not having to BR nor sweat the swings at the biggest stakes. I agreed to a lower stake cut % on this higher bi stake and agreed to stay on this new stake until the end of 2014. I think its a super mutually beneficial deal and am looking fwd to seeing how it goes .

Results don't coincide with my level of healthiness at all right now. It's not going good, not bad though either. Quit the benzos, only blaze when I'm done playing for the night, working on quitting cigs soon, my drinking has been cut down a decent amount, soda intake a little bit down, making slightly better choices eating and eating less at a time/overall.

Trying to take small steps I guess, really just need to find a suitable replacement for the soda, thats my biggest leak atm imo.

Only like 1/3rd (i hope) of the way through my grind for the day, just needed to take a quick break as I had some ht sat spots I wanted to run real quick.

Probably playing another sesh of 25bb with $109-238 hyper sats added from 9pm-midnight, then will take a quick break and then load solely hyper sats with maybe 200-500 25bb added for the 2 hours before the $320 WCOOP event starts at 3am my time. Switch back to 25bb after those $109 hyper sats quit running to the $320 and play em til I busto the WCOOP and call it a night

Graph of day so far below, there'll be some big swings coming the rest of the night though I'm sure

Tbh after forcing self to drink water for about a month, my desire for soda with meals/just to drink has gone way down. Ymmv, but I now find soda pretty much sickly sweet when I do drink it. You do have access to mexican coke though. But imo just force self to consume more water and desire for soda will tank.

Also, good thread.

This. Going cold turkey and in the end you just won't miss it.

I was basically addicted to soda in my late teen/early 20's it was awful for me and it took a health scare (admittedly this was more than just a soda issue) for me to quit.

This pretty much goes for really ****ty food as well, once you eat healthy for a while it gets easier not to go back because your body won't react well to it.

I tried going cold turkey a few days after the detox ended but ended up with insane caffeine related headaches, something I can't deal with right now. Tried to switch to just making tea in the morning when I woke up but didn't help, idk, I'm gonna work on it while I'm home and think I'll be in a better place to start 2014 with that.

Yea have tried that and am doing that to an extent, trying to drink like snapple teas which I think are very slightly better for you than like gatorade or arizona teas.

Pretty pleased with the effort I put forth yday, daddyrnac being a mad man over here putting in absurd hours, gonna have to hire someone to **** with him or something .

Games were alright last night for the most part, I felt I ran pretty ****ty in CD in the 500s last night, had a couple ridic spots where I had it on the turn and we got most of the money in and then I got 3-4 outered on the river, stuck all the $'s in and I don't get the EV (rain). Oh well, hopefully I'll be doing it back to people today .

Anyway, I just woke up but think I'm gonna try to go back to sleep soon, only 1:45pm and I usually am not really starting to play before 6pm most days, probably will fail at taking a nap though and just play tired once ~1am rolls around. Graphs below, hopefully big hours day again today!

65%/35%. Though "frugalness" = not liking the concept of paying $2 for a bottle of water when the "normal water" next to the SP is selling for ~$1/gallon. Are Italian minerals/bubbles really that special/precious?
