Ended up really really sick Sunday afternoon/evening after that ridiculous -9k morning. Got really bad food poisoning, was just puking my brains out for a few hours straight, finally stopped long enough to pass out and I slept for like 16 hours. Eased back into the grind yday, was feeling fatigued come around 4am so stopped for the day. Luckily I stopped the ****** bleeding and had a winning day yday (poolparty).


On a sidenote, looking to do a 5-7 day hours bet with anyone that is interested; just have to be a SNG player. Something like $250 or $500 flat bet amount + like $10 or $25 for every hour the loser loses by to keep motivation to grind. Anyone interested, hit me up!

Added you on skype, I'm just looking to do a bet for most hours for X period of days where theres a bet amount (like $250 or $500) plus a penalty $/hr the loser loses by

Example: $500 bet + $25 penalty per hour lost
You play 100 hrs in the 7 day period, I play 90. I owe you $500 + $250 ($25*10)=$750

Alright have a bet booked with daddyrnac for the rest of the month, sidebet + $25/hr that the loser loses by. Should be fun, and a lot of VPPs between the 2 of us during this next 6 days!

My 6 days starts in about 22 hrs from now (14:00 wed my time, its 16:12 atm), ending when I go to bed the morning of Oct 1 (06:00 official end time). His hrs are shifted up a bit from mine as he starts earlier in the day than I, this should be funnnn!

Would assume he'll be posting updates in his pg&c, link below if you don't already follow...its a good one!

Taking it ez today, want to be well rested for the hours prop with daddyrnac that starts tomorrow! Even so, 6500 vpps isn't too bad of a result anyway . I think I'll be wayyy ahead of my Oct 22 endgoal after this 6 day hours bet is over, could see me being as far as like 1,110,000 or so tbch. Might end up doing another like 5-7 day bet the following week and really just trying to be way the F ahead to make sure I don't have to grind at all while my parents are down here in Mexico.

Anywho, blazing, eating, watching some TV shows and passing outtttt, gla on the grind!

Jdawg, how have you been going with the healthy eating etc? Your results appear to have improved overall since then (guess lower stakes helped too), do you feel like the health and results have worked together somewhat?

ruse/dawg have you ever tried melatonin? Any side effects? I find it very difficult to sleep the last 1.5 month

Ive taken it. Slower onset but longer effect imo. If you have trouble falling asleep you might wanna go with Tylenol PM type stuff but if you have trouble sleeping through the entire night (or both) Id go with Mel.

Similar side effects to other sleep aids. Though if you have to wake up before ~8 hours youre gonna be a lot groggier w Mel.

Belth I've had no side effects with melatonin, works fine. Isn't life changing amazing or anything but it does its job. I also find that when I do a decent amount of physical activity in a day I sleep like a mutha trucka.

^^ agreed. especially if you are going to be taking something for longer term use, melatonin is one of the safest/natural things you can use from the limited research I've done.
when I was living in rosarito and being lazy as **** all day and trouble sleeping, a friend recommended me hardcore excersize that will also make your body just demand sleep at night and is prob overall healthiest. Try running as fast as you can until your lungs feel like they are gonna pop, shouldn't take more than a minute - do that a few times a day and your body will just naturally be more tired and need sleep. Looking back swimming as far/fast as I could in the ocean and then swimming back would prob be a better workout and also time efficient. I'm just too lazy to do this everyday and now just pop melatonin once a week or whatever when I'm not tired but want to sleep.

I have problem with both unfortunately. It is like i cant get quality sleep
This groggy time, how long it lasts? Like an hour or so, or more than 4 hours?

I dont exercise atm but i plan too. WHen i did exercise in the past i had even more trouble to fell asleep and i had really terrible sleep

I plan to do exercise but this never helped me. Actually, when i exercise i find it extremely difficult to sleep and i wake up 3-4 times
