Just played my first session of 18m's and it went pretty good. Did a review with a reg I really respect after that and it seemed like I was playing pretty well, but def picked up some pointers in spots that I could play differently/better. Pretty stoked to put in another session, but not sure I'm going to have a big block to play until after lunch time, so might get in a quick workout, shower/relax and then be ready to grind as soon as my lunch comes!

In B4 weight loss freerolls?

gl with getting clean, imo don't go too crazy with the extremely healthy food, allow yourself some good old animal fat and dirty carbs from time to time, not unhealthy in moderation. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a small amount of "unhealthy food" that is healthier than just pure vegan stuff all the time.

Deff lay off the benzos tho, tolerance buildup combined with addiction aint worth what it is. And if I want a good night sleep I just punch in an hour on exercise bike while watching some shows or a movie or whatever in the evening. Makes you sleep like a baby .

Yea once the detox is over, my day to day routine isn't going to change that much other than the fact that I'm going to get bfast (smoothies + fruit or something like that) delivered to me every day, will get some additional meals delivered from her too (maybe 1-3 a week) and then will just keep to some simple rules like no cigs, no xanax/other drugs, limited amounts of bananas, no keeping soda in the house but i can occasionally have one when out at dinner, and make better decisions when eating out.

Like for example at the Wings spot in town I'd usually get the boneless wings and then cheese fries and a big beer, now I'll probably get the boneless wings with a salad and water most times. Just mix bad and good together when I'm out and don't just have bad, seems like the best way to do it.

Definitely not going to keep to the vegan grind, never intended to do anything with this other than the above; just quit the super bad stuff, limit the pretty bad stuff, and make better decisions/eat a moderate amount better than I was before.

Getting SNE playing all $30 6m hts is a hellacious grind, I think I'll do much better putting in 18m volume during peak and then following it up with 1-2 hrs of 6m hts during offpeak...I get burned out when I'm just playing 1 format. For some people, they can only play 1 format because they can't handle mixing and matching or learning 2 separate games; for me, I can't not mix because I get too bored and then my game tends to just go downhill as I don't stay hungry.

Yesterday went pretty well overall as my first day playing 18mans. I was playing lower than I think I would be, plus sessions that weren't as long as I'll be playing once I get 'good' at the games, and still managed to put up 2300 VPPs on the day which is pretty legit. Didn't play any 6m hts, just wanting to see how many VPPs I can get playing the 18s/other non hyper stuff in a typical day.

Got showered pretty hard in my last session which during the near dead of offpeak, couldn't win any hands against the ******s . Was pretty annoying, kept getting it in bad in the most absurd spots, busted out laughing while clicking a couple times seeing the crazy **** going on...possibly gone mad from the detox amirite

Detox continuing to go pretty good; didn't sleep for **** again last night, even stayed up til about 11pm to try to make sure I was extra tired, but here it is, 3:45 am and I'm posting after tossing and turning. I might actually just be semi awake while sleeping cuz I still feel fine when I wake up, not like I'm super overtired or anything. Obviously not getting good, deep sleep sucks, but I'm not too worried, I've had sleeping problems for ages now and I've gotten pretty used to it and my body functions best on like 5-6 hrs of sleep a night.


Dinner last night; portobello mushroom with rice, asparagus, side salad...was really good! My lunch was a veggie tray with hummus ((mmm) hummus) and deviled eggs which was also really really good, big fan of everything I ate yesterday other than the pancake, which wasn't horrid, but def not good .





Anyway, gonna study some hands and get on the grind I suppose, can't make money when asleep I guess will be the motto I live by

Anybody know why my 2p2 pops up like this now in google chrome? Works fine in firefox, error just started happening a few days ago. I've obviously done every 'simple' thing I can do like restart comp, reinstall GC, but I'm not that good with computers so it's very basic stuff . Got in an alright grind today between the 2 different naps I took after waking up; not really forcing the issue right now as I'm still mid detox and would rather just make sure I'm playing when I feel alright.

Still heatering it up which is nice, hopefully won't come crashing down right away . Have run a ton of spots and talked through some of the tricky 18man spots with some regs I respect, think I'm playing well but def always room for improvement. Below is my MTD graph, top line 18man only, bottom line + graph 9-18 (everything)






Detox still going pretty well other than the fact I can't sleep for **** at night. I was given some magnesium to take tonight to see if that would help, (yn) that it does. Pictured below was my dinner tonight, dem healthy tacos (sun)

I found some melatonin at GNC by walmart, was only like 150 pesos for 50 pills I think. Took some last night & slept well with (like Lipo said) crazy dreams
