3handed is everything but simple in these games

Even though I play on Merge, and its always 100% regs above $20, 3handed play is always the biggest confusion for me when I'm paying attention.

Heh yea, the games are truly insane, don't really want to get into too much strat for obvious reasons (along with the fact I'm still learning them myself), but individual adjustments are super important and just like changing stack sizes by like 1/2 a bb can alter ranges radically.

Got a bit of volume in so far today, mostly at 357/714 hyper sats. I might quit playing the 714s, could really easily dump 50-100k in those games, but they are sometimes the softest games loading at $110+ hyper sats, so it's hard to not click register.

NHL playoffs start tonight, kinda unfortunate for the hours prop as a few people are watching it at my place and then I've gotta go run an errand with Ruse, gonna try to somehow manage to get in 10+ hours today but I don't really see it happening. W/e, I've already grinded more this week than I normally would have before Wednesday or Thursday so it's been beneficial

Have ~7k vpps so far today, gonna get in a study session and then maybe grind 1 more mini sesh before the Hawks game


Edit: Anyone know if the HM2 update today ****ed up hyper EV? My ev line is not working properly today after working w/out problem before today?

FTP $20s/35s: Nice ~5% ev while running horrid, no idea how accurate EV is on HM2, but iirc I had ~4% ev on HM1 when I had the hands uploaded

Unfortunately I run like **** at 100$/18mans (3x bubbled and down like 1500 in them) but overall very happy with today!

I managed to step out of my comfort zone and play a higher abi then before, regged lots of 60-100 6-9man turbos and even several 200s. I am getting comfortable in these games so I see lots of fun and swongz in the near future. I will probably try to mantain higher abi and not reg too many 30s anymore.

I am also playing more often with very good players like thedrunklife, shabalinvlad or bigstealer, that is a lot of fun! Some spots are on such high level of thinking, it's awesome. The feeling when I decide to make some sick move because I know that he knows that I know his range so he tries to exploit that in some way and I manage to be one step ahead is awesome. But of course many times it doesn't work and I get outlpayed (rain).

Also today I managed to earn almost 5k vpps which is my new personal record! And because of this bet I am playing much more, so it has payed off big time already (in ev).

Boom, Blackhawks won! Pretty stoked on that, just got back from dropping off Ruse and going to put in a study session and then try to grind as far into tomorrow morning as I can. I think mr czechpepe over here has like 21 hours in or so and I played 7.3 hours yesterday and then 3.9 hrs so far today, prop bet ends Thursday my time at 11:59pm PST (50 hours 30 mins from now)

Welp, only got in 5.8 hours today, but if I didn't have this prop, I wouldn't have gotten in a single hour today, so I spose that's good. Well behind czechpepe now, but w/e, grinded a lot more this week than I would have w/out it.

Anyway, back to using HM1 as my EV line is ****ed in HM2 and it's really been lagging my comp badly, alll good as I prefer HM1 anyway.

Sitting on 471.7k vpps, if I go hard next couple days, might hit 500k if there's enough good 300s/500s that pop.

Great effort jdawg! Putting in so many solid hours at the highest stakes hypers is very respectable, I almost feel bad as turbos are just much easier to grind. But you are right that it's worth it either way.

Cooling off period over, basically don't allow myself to play for ~24 hours after something like what happened yesterday happens. It's a lose/lose situation, I'm tilted anyway and then if I come back and lose more money, I always blame it on me not playing well because I was pissed off or w/e, so it's just better for me to be done for the day.

Ended up drinking my face off yday, went to TJ late at night too with a couple of the bros, spent <$100 and was there for >4 hours which was sick. Didn't bang out, was well over 30 beers in and knew there was no chance .

Put in a study session earlier today, mostly based around 10bb no ante games as I'm back playing them, I'm showering playing the $238+ hyper sats, will just play 74s-181s during my slow time if I need tables....now that I've started multisiting again, I don't really have the need to get more tables on PS.

Just got back from eating with Ruse and Cozzy, gonna start my grind for the night, hopefully get in a good amount of hours, gla!

Yeh it was Telnor that crapped out, I've heard a ton of people having internet problems the last few days. I'm still waiting on my Cablemas to be installed, they were the company that took over Multicable when it went out of business....I'm used to having 2 main lines in my place, then my first backup is Jllama's connection 1 door down, followed by my aircard.

The aircard not working was super obnoxious, I just dumped all my software related to the aircard and plugged it in like it was the first time it's been plugged in, redl'd and it worked fine; so Fing maddening it didn't work the one time I needed it.

Ended up putting in a short grind yesterday, studied a lot of 10bb no ante hands to try to refresh, feeling good with how I'm playing in those games.

Gramps and 27yl haven't been loading offpeak the last few nights, so there just hasn't been any $300+ volume really whatsoever which has been annoying; the last 2 nights I've loaded I've barely gotten any $200 action and at that point, I don't really find motivation to play. Decided to wake up early today and get on the grind before peak and then be done today around 4pm and go get food and watch the Blackhawks/Wild game and play some OFC down the street, then get to bed early and get back up and do it again Saturday. Probably will keep the early schedule going through the end of SCOOP as there is a tourney every day at 8am IIRC and then re-evaluate what schedule I want to keep during the summer between the _COOPs as I'm planning on going real hard during that stretch.

Anyway, lost $'s again yday, been on a good sized DS since the end of my heater, don't really notice the swings at all anymore though which is nice. Think I'm in like 20-25k of SNG MU right now, not real sure offhand though, just update my #'s in my spreadsheet daily and tally at end of the week.

Yea not much fun running bad at all points of hypers. Have also run really bad at MTTs this yr, down quite a bit at them too (rain).

Not saying I'm that great because I'm not, but having b/e EV and positive chips playing the table count at the abi I do I think is legit. B/e pre RB and getting 1.5-2mil VPPs would make for a nice year, just gotta catch up to my EV stats . Below is hyper Cev graphs of the yr thus far
