Hey all,

Had a really good night out with Ruse and King-Nit and a very good dinner at mision19 before the absurdity began with those 2 + Gramps, was fun to get away from the computer for almost an entire day and was very needed. Obviously took out my frustrations on 2 strippers while at HK's, they have a knack for making you feel better about yourself and your situation . Was pretty sweet too as they were into each other, could tell they were friends before I made it to the VIP booth when we were just sitting and chillin in the main club area, but didn't know they were that friendly (), made for a better experience (sun).

I actually feel pretty good today, just getting out of my condo for most of the day and going and having some fun really can change the overall attitude you bring to the computer the next day. Unfortunately probably won't get in that big of a grind today as it's already fairly late (2pm), and it's one of the Rosa Bros bdays and some of us are going out to dinner, hopefully it's just dinner with no extra curriculars as I need to grind tomorrow, but won't bail on someone on their bday .

Gonna get in a study session now and try to get in some volume before dinner, hopefully don't snap get pwned and go back to my old, withered self . Gla on the grind


Yea WRT PLO, it just doesn't make sense for me to switch right now, as I'm making like >$150/hr in RB alone playing hypers and as Tyman said, I'd pretty much have to be playing like at least a mix of 400-600PLO (I would think) to have an even similar hourly as I do now playing the hypers. On top of that, hypers aren't a dying game (they are getting reggier, tougher yes, but they run all the time at all stakes), so there's no real need to find something else to play at the moment.

I'm always preparing for the future though and yea, I still do study PLO a bit, although I haven't played more than maybe 2 PLO sessions this yr, usually am just watching videos on it when not grinding and looking at different equity calculations etc in different spots I find. I read the low stakes PLO forum as well, which has helped my game out quite a bit as well.

WRT long term poker goals, I don't really have any because of the uncertainty of online poker and whatnot; trying to just capitalize on every day that I am able to play, although I can still do better in that regard and is something that I'm working on right now .

Yea I've been posting EV graphs like every week or so, here's an updated one since January 18th when I moved down; not really counting Jan1-17 as I barely grinded and I had the 2 power outages that cost me $8000 and redline went down that much too cuz I just sat out of the games. Really ****ty EV downswong, worst I've ever had by far . If I hadnt spent 45+ hours studying this month by myself or with other guys playing these games, I'd be really ****** worried, still am obvs though

Game ~6500 and I had a 1.5% or so EV line, then the past 4k games and it's down to -1% ev overall, just insane the short term swings in these

If I were to take them to the hotel just for sex, it woulda been $75 per girl plus $23 for the hotel room, but I usually go chill in the VIP booths and have drinks etc and then bang em out in there. Basically with the VIP booth, I get the room for free, just have to buy drinks and it's a 10 drink minimum per girl, so it's $80 + $75 per girl, or $155 per girl + tip to the waiter etc....I got in and out of the room with a ton of drinks for each girl + myself for $375.

Definitely value wise I don't do it right as the hotel is just super cheap and you don't have to buy drinks, but for overall comfort and maximum happy EV, I prefer what I do. Also with the hotels, the girls usually are trying to get in and out as fast as possible, whereas with the VIP booth I'm usually in there for 2 hours and there's no rush and we're just sitting around having a good time etc.

Yea it is pretty legit that TJ is like 20 mins away and you can go get away from the grind/computer and just go have fun. Guess I explained the expense pretty well just above, but yea between everything, I usually spend like $400-500 per trip and I'm spending wayyyy more than the avg person that goes there.

Not sure about 'balla' but I'm def super VIP there, all the Rosa bro's that have gone with me (75+) can attest to that. It'st pretty sweet because you just get taken care of really well and feel really comfortable in there when you know everyone.

I'm sure I've made it rain a time or two, but I don't normally sit at the stages where girls are dancing, usually walking around doing laps talking to different waiters/girls I know and then get a table with whoever I'm with or go straight to VIP booth.

Girl in the clown outfit is a long time HK girl, she's alwayssss there, so she must live in TJ full time. Fun night last night, didn't end up playing a single hand of poker until super late when we ended up at my place after dinner just drinking, chillin and the fellas started playing open face. Sware I'm the only person that isn't learning open face chinese out of everyone I hangout with, but I'm really trying to not give in and learn (as I don't know Chinese either) because I don't grind enough as is and waste too much time, can't add another crutch to my arsenal of fail imo . But yea, was really fun, happy bday once again icumirin', was good times last night.

Gonna attempt to get in a solid grind today, probably will try to play through the night and into Sunday morning and then quit when the games start getting gross (~9 or 10am my time Sunday morning). Gotta fully wake up, have done 2 nights of heavy drinking in a row, think I'm still shaking the cobwebs from Thursday night tbh, mixing ~20 beers with 6-8 captain morgans and then wine can be a lethal combination, guess I must be over the hump and it's all downhill from here as I get older WRT recovery time with drinking .

Welp, forgot that I left my car in town last night when we left the restaurant, gonna go shower and take a long walk and go get it, hopefully it's still there .

Haha yea, so in Mexico at each strip club there is a hotel that is attached to the strip club itself that is basically only used for sex between the girls and customers. The hotel itself is actually pretty clean, the girls are pretty damn sanitary on avg too (cleaner than your avg bar girl you pick up); all just regulated pretty decently for it being Mexico.

As a customer, it can be as simple as scanning the strip club for a girl you think is hot, walk up to her and say 'hotel?' or 'sex?' and then you and her going next door to the hotel straight away with no questions asked and <5 mins later you're ****** her.

I personally don't usually do that, usually am buying drinks and hanging out in the club and Paco (my waiter buddy) will bring me new girls that he knows are good, or if the girl I'm talking to outside the club is working, usually will just get her or at least drink and talk with her for a while.

The Bu was still there (sun), so that's sweet. Was semi worried it would just be gone since I was parked in the middle of town . Ended up going to this restaurant Bettucini's on the way and getting food to go and there's this new girl working there that is pretty darn good looking, might have to go eat there more often now
