edit: I did run a sim as if it was HU on the flop, we're supposed to mix hero calls with AKdd 75% of the time as played when I go bet bet bet with the sizing I used. I played it poorly before the river decision anyway so it's not that relevant.

I think that before I actually thought about this spot, I was weighted too heavily towards nut flushes (I would've played all my Axdd the same way) that I probably could fold all my broadway Axdd hands since they block the larger flushes that villain could have and call with my baby A flushes. But I will be balancing that better in the future so I don't crush myself multiway vs two callers with a board that interacts well with their calling range.

I need to just stop range betting on paired boards, especially multiway. I'm probably lighting so much money on fire.

Out of curiosity, how big of a skill difference do you think there is between the 200 and 500 FR games on iggy? What would you say is the biggest difference in play style?

massive skill jump and playstlyle differences imo. don't really want to get into specifics but going from 200 -> 500 is the only jump that I think can be really difficult.

Biggest difference is way more 3betting pre in 500 than 200. Also players are just more aggressive generally and the skill gap is biggest between these two levels.

Gl man. I had a rough month in May too, swung down about 20 buyins at 200nl. I wouldn’t describe it as a crushing feeling, but it’s definitely not pleasant to just be getting owned lol. Here’s to a bright month of June, congratulations on the bink!

I moved to Mexico with about 15k, a car and a cat. You'll be fine if you're smart with money. Can easily live on less than 1k a month here (not that I ever have )
