I'm a 28 year old Scottish guy that's been playing poker since 2020, started out playing the $0.25c 45 man sit and go's, moved over to micro MTT's and have been playing them ever since. Up about $5k according to SharkScope but net deposit on Pokerstars says just over $6k.

I've never tracked stats, never made any effort to improve, I don't have any study resources and every single session I have ever played I have been extremely stoned the whole time. All of my poker "knowledge" is from watching streamers like Lex, Spraggy, Tonka etc. I am aware that I am currently absolutely terrible at this game but I think I have potential, I certainly have belief in myself.

My girlfriend of 10 years broke up with me unexpectedly about a month ago, lost my job about a week later. Sob story blah blah completely heartbroken whatever you get it.

I'm back at my mothers house for now so I've got a roof over my head, I have £15 in the bank and $14 on PS.

Getting a job ASAP is obviously the first priority, I don't care what it is I'll take the first job I get offered.

In the meantime I'm going back to where it all started, it's absolutely soul destroying even thinking about it but it's time to go back to the $0.25c 45 man sit and go's, when I have $50-60 and a few days worth of food I'll move up to the $1 45mans. I'm going to get up every morning, workout like a beast for a couple of hours and just spend the rest of the day grinding. Obviously I need food so I'm just going to make a big pot of chicken, rice and peas to last a few days to keep expenses down, I might even push the boat out for some hot sauce now and again.

Any and all advice would be more than welcome, I'm open minded and ready to improve. Trolling is also welcome.
