Re: The Road To Highstakes

Hi y'all
Was having a very rough session, losing my focus until my coach stepped in.

He told me something I already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

Balance pays off rarely but nicely. $2k pot

All in for value

Very nice & sick results, are you currently grinding 200nl 6max or still some 100nl in there also?

Re: The Road To Highstakes

do you use a seat script, if so how much do they cost? I can't seem to move up from z500 without one, it's just too tilting trying to start games.

One thing I do for the red line is filter out my Big Blind play before I post a graph. That is the best way to improve the redline.

I don't know anything about seat scripting, I just play whatever. May have to look into that in the future though

Thanks for the compliment
I have very rarely used any programs to study. My coach has helped with my game a lot, always being 100% honest about my play. I review my hands after sessions and try to make sense of everything.

It's crucial to find the right balance of your confidence. Too much confidence means you can't admit your misstakes but too little confidence makes you second guess everyhing.
I think I have a good intuition and can figure out what other players are thinking.
