My worthless opinion: this is by far your biggest leak both financially and health wise. Buying groceries and cooking simple meals will let you set aside a significant amount of $ every week to put towards your BR and therefore allow you to play bigger buyins ASAP and get the train moving much faster. And the food you order from DoorDash is most likely garbage food, which is guaranteed to affect your mental health/stability in a negative way, even though it satiates you and even if you don't necessarily directly notice the negative effects... every time we eat something unhealthy, we pay dearly for it in the next 24-48 hours as our body struggles to digest the poison

12 alcoholic drinks a day on top of door dash is probably more optimal. Poker is stressful and ya need to relax and eat tasty food.

19 out of 20 Americans are deficient in fiber (insane statistic), often severely so, which means they're lugging around literal pounds of molten rotten fecal matter inside of their digestive tracts every single day. I don't know about 12 drinks, but I think 6 drinks and the addition of a large varied salad every day would be better than 0 drinks and lack of any fiber. People eat Taco Bell and think they get digestive problems due to the low quality of the food, when in actuality they eat food of that quality all of the time, they're simply eating a significant amount of fiber (beans) for the first time in seven months when they decide to go to Taco Bell

I typically have food at home, just ran short. But I pretty much agree with everything you said. Sometimes you need runza and wendys

But idk I think I'm done. Maybe I just need s long break from poker.

Idk what I'm doing right now but I know I don't currently want to play poker. I'm going to focus pretty much 100% on this other thing I'm doing because both things need a lot of focus to succeed and I don't have time for both and to have a good balance.

So I think I'm not going to stop the challenge. But maybe put it on hold for a week or two maybe a month and see how I feel about it after that.

Sorry guys this wasn't easy to decide and I hope if we come back and continue you all keep following along
