Hey Guys,
Today I am going to write about something else, but still quite popular thing- Health!

I am 32 now and I have a lot of friends with similar age. Some of those are Dentists, some of those are swimmers, translators, other kind of workers and most and obviously- IT specialists. Still there They have one common thing tho. They have pain in their backs, and maybe ~10 even has herniated discs. That is pretty bad condition, when you can't go back and best you can do is to reduce symptoms. I see how some of those are limited and I'll rather learn from other people mistakes. So I started caring about my posture.
After quick research I found what I knew- That I have forward neck condition. It is not sever tho. But after reading bunch of articles (google for those) I was pleasantly surprised that it is very easy to fix it! So I started working on that and I see good improvement in just couple of weeks!
Also I started working on my posture. I own standing desk (adjustable height table) and I use it for standing and sitting. I found that my posture was bad. And I suspect that it was bad even when I was cycling. So I googled for some articles, and got some routine. Best thing is that before that I was not able to fight myself and takes breaks at middle of the grind, but now I take, I do those, I quickly evaluate my own emotional state and calm down.

So I guess here is some things that I recommend:

Very good book, explaining how our modern lives makes huge impact on our health, posture. It is not PC that hurts us. We sit too much at PC, car, on our sofas. Our body is designed to sit no more than 32 hours per day and we do that. And in wrong postures. We think that gym guys will help us, but they make problems worse, because they target body beauty, but not balance and posture.

Video that I was doing some exercises from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwyJMuJhOXQ
One coach told, that video is OK, maybe some exercises shown does little to no value, but I liked those. I know, I know- video looks gay, but who care? And it even works better if you do that with your daughter!

Coach recommended me doing things from the article:
http://www.physiospot.com/opinion/my...ity-exercises/

So GUys, go for it. Don;t wait next year to start. Do some exercises just for 10 minutes. Try to fix your forward necks. Use elbow rests and yes- you will feel mild pain for a while, but quickly you will feel better and better, your posture will improve, you will even enjoy the difference that it makes for you in the mirror. Go for it. Now!

Hey guy.
Today I just got bad news. My friend who has herniated discs couldn't get up from bed this weekend. He is very well built guy, he worked a lot in a gym and nobody would ever think that he could even have such problems. However he has. And he got those because of poor posture.

But posture can affect not just our body but also mind. It works very well for me, I even intentionally went for 15 mintues walk, got dope for my brain (fresh air, that increases productivity by 20%) and altered my mood, confidence and level of testosterone. However When you sit (grinding) you are very likely to decrease such things. If you sit even in correct posture, then you still are likely to lose your energy, have "low power" postures. So you need to make constant breaks, do streatches, maybe even do some self talking, have a minute to reevalute your play.

This time I want to share great video with you about such topic:

I'd recommend that walk that some older asian women seem to do, where you cross your arms behind your back, doing that while I take my dog out has done some good for my slouched/rolled shoulders

Hey guys, Was going to write here for two weeks. But something always was stopping me. I guess as usual- you need to run bad to come here and cry like a girl

So I was working a lot. I took just one day off in two weeks period, also worked a lot on strategical and theory stuff. Obviously burn out came and I decided to take day off and went to play home game. I ran like Aids and lost all flips, non flips. You know when you go all in and said straight, but guy asks how high straight is, you understand that your bottom straight is not making you happy anymore :|

Fianally I booked 4BI loss and I hate losing.

Spoiler:
It is total of :|

ANyway this is where all my bad luck started. I started to lose every flip and get setup over setup. Obviously I developed major tilt problems. SO I decided to take couple days off and went to visit wife parents. It is cool place away from civilization. 250km from my home. After rechargin my batteries I came back but luck was still the same :| I lost my confidence, I started to tilt a lot. But then after graph reacdh this I stopped and analyzed situation.

And actually everything looks fine. I am winning but it is just bad luck. But now worst thing is that due of bad luck my game suffered, I started to tilt, to play too much tables. to rush my decisions. Nothin is wrong yet. It would be much worse to climb back from -10k like I did last month, not just climb higher from 0. So I need to calm down, to play less tables- especially when my VPP pace is in very good condition, I am likely to reach my VPPs in very early december.

So yeah, everything is cool, need to calm down.
With this fresh mindset I went and started recording video for my friends, for myself. I played just 4 tables there, mostly 1-2 reg + rest of zoom. Everything was fine untill I closed the video and lost one BI. Explotion was instant. Blood rushed into my head. I didn't see anything. Very quick decisions. Click Click CLick and after few seconds knowing that you did wrong thing. bluff desperately. but it is too late. What is done it is done. Luckily managed to win back those BIs bus the way I did is unforgivable. Everything was so bad and so frustrating there, including couple swings up here and there- everything was fancy. So I tilt quit then.

I decided to calm down, prepare my video. upgrade my PT4.

Bad luck didn't leave me there. After upgradint PT4 zoom HUD stopped working. FML. How can I run so bad? Jesus. Thats frustrating.

Well... Actually I found that it can be even worse!

So I am against illegal software so I decided to find free program to convert and compress reduced AVI file. And... I got some malware installed with it...

After playing arround till 5 morning and coninuatuion to work today, it looks like that I finally fixed the situation. But I afraid to do anything with my luck.
Maybe I should not go outside today? WOuldnt be surprised if lightning would me strike . TWICE!

Sorry guys for that chaotical text, but I am very outbalanced now

Hey Guys,

Just a quick update.

So last year made a bit less than planned. However, I told, that I am going to quit if I will be breakeven. I am not. I wasn't. And I am still quitting

Here in Lithuania government took some pretty serious steps against online gambling and most of the players here didn't expect that it will go so far. Now everything moved to courts and one after another site is declared as illegal, web domains are banned and instructions to banks are sent.

I cashed most of my BR month ago so I play lower than I used to do. Do I still mix occasional good table of 5/10. Tho I got an impression, that 2/4+ reduced dramatically. I play 1/2 as the main game now. I see a lot of good players there. Players that belongs much higher!
Tho I enjoy the game now. I don't force myself to play when I don't want, I don't care about any volume and monetary results, I don't care anymore that I wouldn't be able to hit 200k in that way I feel relieve now!

----

I worked a bit on developing my CV. That took some time but I enjoyed a process a lot. Learned a bit how to create a good cover letter and last my project was a compilation of PDF document about my analytical work in poker. I am quite proud of it. Actually, I even started to understand that my job was much more difficult than I thought myself.

PDF contains 12 pages of GTO, a database and scenario analysis screenshots with some text explanation. Like each field purpose, goals, problems and fit in a study process.

Right now I have 3 quite serious offers. One - international bank, international statistical company and some local company. First two would be kind of the job I used to do before + poker. However, the last one is quite different. I will not reveal about that, but if they will make a good offer I am most likely to go there and that is going to be a big challenge for me! I see a lot of good outcomes there too. But it is most risky and biggest bets for my career I would say.

In my plans, I am not going to grind/play poker after I will get a job. So soon, guys, you are unlikely to see me anymore.

So good luck guys.

Oh, and in January, I won 4-6 my future salaries(monthly)
