I think I enjoyed playing live for the social interaction. There is very little or none of that at all on the poker apps. And if there is people are generally kind of shitty.
I too enjoy playing for the social interaction.. I play on ACR..We used to be able to chat to each other and we would joke and cutup sometimes. It was fun. They have recently CUT the chat off entirely ! BORING... Now all you can do is literally THROW **** AT ONE ANOTHER .. lmao.. Im not sure of the reason for turning the chat feature off..But it seems very very odd and fishy to me... Somethings up.

Well the nerds and grinders have takin over. Now it is purely about the money. Take the gamble and money out the game, what have you got? A pretty boring game. No heart anymore, or very little.
The game is still haunting my sleep, bad beats keep waking me up. To much, this is real addiction. Other players try to tell me it's rare, one Crack head to another......

Part of me thinks legalizing all gambling and drugs will be the way to go, but experiencing addiction we need to keep all this stuff shut down to try to keep as many people out as possible. The very small amount of benefit to the population as a whole is not worth having gambling and/or making drugs legal. Addiction is a hellish experience. More people suffer from gambling and drugs than benefits,hence keeping it all illegal or out of bounds. At least logically that works for me. The degenerate addict side wants to go reload and lose another buyer!
