Sup 2+2, long time break even/losing player who recently thinks he has
"figured it out".
For the last 5 years I have been a daily cannabis user and played high and or burnt out. For the longest time I felt I needed it to excel and get into the " zone " of things. Once I stopped, I felt very weird playing and became somewhat of a spewtard. It has been over a month, and I finally feel like I am adjusting to the NEW or should I say the Old me?
I believe we all have it in ourselves to beat this game, given you put some hard work in, and have a solid mental game approach to online poker. Let's face it Variance is a BITCH.

I love reading these blogs and thought what the heck I might as well start one and maybe make some friends along the way. I will be playing 6 MAX NL Holdem starting at 25NL to build a solid foundation.
Here is my plan of attack:
================================================== ====================
100K hands @ 25 NL
GOAL =
5+ bb/100 overall
150K hands @ 50 NL
GOAL =
4+bb/100 overall
2X Tabling so I get a good feel for what's going on and don't have my brain explode on me

In terms of Volume, not quite sure what I will be able to commit to. In about a month I return back to full-time work in Concrete Restoration. It's generally 6 days a week for 9-12 hour shifts. Factor in commuting 2 hours a day.. and I am essentially never home
Either way, I hope to put in 50k+ hands in April and profit, making a short update every other day or so. I am also attending college and will have exams in the new few weeks as well. Time management will be of the essence to succeed in everything.
If and when I complete my 150k hands at 50NL I shall re-evaluate on what the next step is. Ideally I want to keep climbing the Rush/Zoom ladder and be playing 100/200NL regularly by years end.
