Punishing myself with 10nl for 50k hands Punishing myself with 10nl for 50k hands

Hello there!

I used to play 100nl but i had to move down due to being 40+ bi under ev and that affected me so i started playing badly as well.
Lack of motivation and just not caring about really anything lately, so i decided I am gonna punish myself with 10nl, in order to
get my confidence back up (hopefully) and have some graphs so i can work on my game since my main site is untracked.
I will be playing on Pokerstars and in a zoom format.
I am gonna post progress, hands, thoughts really whatever I'd like treating it like a twitter/x page.

Join me on this journey to micro hell if you'd like

Started good, ended up b/e:

Played this weird hand:

PokerStars - $0.10 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BTN): 100.5 BB
SB: 115.4 BB
BB: 62.9 BB
UTG: 107.8 BB
MP: 101.2 BB
CO: 108.3 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A K

fold, fold, CO raises to 3 BB, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, fold, CO calls 6 BB

Flop: (19.5 BB, 2 players) A J 9
CO checks, Hero bets 6.1 BB, CO raises to 20 BB, Hero calls 13.9 BB

Turn: (59.5 BB, 2 players) 6
CO bets 25 BB, Hero calls 25 BB

River: (109.5 BB, 2 players) 4
CO bets 54.3 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 46.5 BB and is all-in

CO shows 6 A (Two Pair, Aces and Sixes)
(Pre 31%, Flop 15%, Turn 80%)
Hero shows A K (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 69%, Flop 85%, Turn 20%)
CO wins 193.4 BB

Knew i was bluffcatching heavy, maybe i should find the fold esp. versus 10nl players but where? The way villain sized it was pretty hard to fold this hand. Any input appreciated.

I think this is a fold on the river in the nl10 pool.
Here opponents are still capable of bluffing something on the turn, but the river bet has a high underbluff.

GL in your journey from micros to NL100!

3bp pfc xr flop sooo underbluffed. At 10nl just ask how many combos of value you beat. Here it might be close to 0. If you have reasons to believe he's just terrified with a worse top pair I would shove turn. The way out of your stake fast is attack checks, filthy filthy exploit folds and thin thin valuebets on the river.

Would probably call Flop and fold turn. Given what he showed down, I'd shove facing any blockish sizing in the future with decent value.

Update 3:

Not gonna lie i expected to crush the stake by now although i know that the sample is basically irrelevant so far.
Theory wise i play good, however I'm getting annoyed day after day by this stake.
I know i should just fold marginal value versus big bets and basically autopilot, but where is the fun in that?
I have spent so much time and resources learning gto that its hard for me to play in a brain dead way even though
i would much be better off with that. Its hard forcing myself to play a subpar strat especially given that i don't care about the stake money wise...
Oh and i keep hearing that "just call fish light" but it never seems to work out and since i dont have data to prove that i should call them light
I am just gonna ignore it, unless someone here has a better idea.

consider bet sizing from fish. And figure out what you think is a fish. Umbrella style assumptions can get misconstrued easily
