its really not even close. I dont use any AHK programs or w/e, and i find stacking to be by far the best. Everything is easy to see, you have loads of times for decisions, and when you get to the final few tables in something, put it off by itself on the side and you can keep aware of game flow and such.

Haha, that's so f-ing sick, pretty hard/reggy tourny, so b2b is nice, wp. I don't think I played that well, I got pretty nitty as I hated raising into you and zack on the btn or in the sb, knowing you were shoving ridic light, was hard to find spots and chip up. And unfortunately, I didn't ship it . 3rd for $1.7k KQ<K3 for CL HU vs whale, then chipped up and lost Q6<44 for HU vs whale

Uh, no. Your boyfriend is gay. You're way, way past gay...you're even past flaming...put it this way...you are the only 5'4 person I know who manages to stand out in a crowd...but I guess a pink plaid Burberry hat does that...lol.

The night before we left (my boyfriend and myself), I had a great Sunday grind.

While i personally didn't do very well (winning day tho!), the student I currently work the most with had his first ever 4fig score, so ended up being a very positive Sunday and thus I had wonderful positive vibes about the upcoming trip.

The trip however, started off with a resounding "ZzZzZzZzZz", as we had a flight out of Toronto at 6am, and thus had to wake up at 3:30. >.<

Because of this I ended up getting less than 2 hours of sleep. When our taxi/escalade (airport taxi service using swag cars) came to pick us up in the morning, the following song came to mind.



We flew from toronto to new york city first, and had an hour layover there before our eventual 5+ hour flight to vegas. It was my first time ever in new york, however with such a short lay over, and being at JFK airport, we got to see nothing of the city .

The flight out to vegas was completely un-eventful.



We arrived in vegas at around noon pst, and decided to spend the day walking around the strip after we got our room in Harrah's. We had plans that night to meet up with one of my investors, to get the rest of funds for the package, but outside of that we had a completely free day.

Today was the day of the first $550 event that I played for my package. After eating a wonderful breakfast buffet in Harrah's, we went over to the Wynn to get me signed up and ready to play.

Basebaldy ended up getting moved to my table, and he pretty much busted me when he shoved like 7bb and i called with KQ, he had AQ and ended up holding in a suckout-re-suckout.

After I busted i ended up spending the rest of the night hanging out with Chris and his best friend Arjun (who flew down from Yale on spring break to hangout with us). We decided that it would be a good idea to see a show that night, so we ended up going to see the "Blueman Group".

It was a very good show, a unique form of human expression with a mixture of music, dancing, magic, and comedy. Well worth the money, imo, but it is definitely a hit or miss kind of show as far as enjoyment goes. After a great night out, i was more than ready for the next few days of play. My next $500 event was the next day and i was more then ready to crush, if only the cards would bei n my favor ^.^

I realized a bit late that part of the TR about the first 550's play got cut off. Not much happened tho, mostly barely stayed afloat for awhile. Then the above happened.

I guess i'll finish it up then. No clue as to ETA on when it'll be done, but i'll finish within the next few weeks i guess. Going to be playing loads of hours daily, so wont really have much time for anything else >.<

Won the small 75$ earlier today to put me back in first. Felt great, but i ended the day with....





This was with 15 left in the big 109, pot for 2nd. Winning the mtt would have cleared my make up... >.<

Why are you flatting K8s though? Seems bad discipline

Rarely is poker about what your cards are, its more about the situation you are in and your opponents. OR was agro, blinds were fairly tight passive, so im likely to be in a hu pot, in position, in a spot where i can win easily post flop. I wouldn't call it a std call, but its def +EV, i dont mind 3betting here either, but i had a really high 3bet % and felt that the OR could 4bet jam alot.

Today has been sick. Good, but a bit heart breaking for tlb.

9th in the 75$ 5k, 8th in a 27$ tko, 9th in the 54$ tko, 4th in the 109 2x turbo, and for the 3rd time this week i ft'd the 8c and once again i failed at it and took 8th -.- .

The 109 2x was insane, i thought i was done with my first bullet after i had the following hand occur:




after losing this hand i had 111 chips left, without rebuying i managed to run it up to over 500k, and was 1/6 at the ft. First was 10k, if i had won it my make up would be under 5fig for the first time in nearly a year. Sadly enough i couldn't close it out. >.<

Fun day tho, guarneteed + 3k ish with a decent number of tourneys left. #leggo

111 to 500k.....

Ended up managing to FT 1 more tourney (7th in a 22$ big antes) and ended my day with a gross 20th in the 33$ speedway. Pretty sure i set a record for myself for most mtt ft's in a day tho (6! :O) , and ended up around 4.3k overall. Freeroll for sunday and a bigger monthly lead... #I'llTakeIt

Make up is currently at 14k

14+ hour session tomorrow, down to 3 sundays before i leave canada. #leggo

i'm glad you enjoy following. I'll be relaxing for a few weeks in wisconsin. Then my bf and i are driving from milwaukee to vegas, i'll spend 2 months in vegas, and idk whats going to happen after that.

Out of the kindness of their heart bogan/community here has offered to donate 500$ to a charity of my choice if i can manage to clear make up before i leave canada (2 weeks from now). When he offered it i was well over 55k in make up.

The charity i have chosen is called "The Trevor project", it is a group dedicated to helping GLBT youth and preventing suicide.

If i manage to clear by more than 10k i will be matching his donation.
