^^ correct, mostly hu

23,676 of those hands are 6-max, not always full table. 6max graph looks like this

What were the factors in your decision to work cash games into your routine? Just sick of waiting for action at sitngos?

I was playing on Lock only so action was very slow for HUSNG, Jungleman had a camp in Vienna, Austria a while back and I decided to go to that, and after that decided I would try to mix cash in and it went well. Pretty much just boredom inspired me to do it ;p

"Lifetime" for me is since I started playing cash, which was ~6 months ago. Cash obv not my main game, just play it on the side when action is bad

Always nice when taking shots goes the right way Keep it up and good luck! That picture of you guys petting the tiger was awesome. I do that with my dogs all the time, but obv, I imagine it's very different when the animal you are petting could kill you on the spot.

Heh if you look closely i'm actually down a decent amount from the shots, I was almost 100k below EV in them but closing the gap recently

Went to a jungleman camp, couldn't get any action deep stacked cash, tried cap/shallow and it went well and was close to HU SNG anyways so stuck w/it

Were you exclusively a hu cash player from the lower limits or were you playing other formats before?

If you did play micros, would you say nl50 hu on stars is beatable for a solid player because of the rake?

I was exclusively a Husng player ;p, I started playing cash at 5/10 a few months ago and moved up pretty quickly. I have no thoughts/experience on stars 50nl but I'm pretty sure its at least beatable if not efficient from graphs of some low stakes friends.

super tired atm so i'll give a cop out TR ;p

Basically it was a seminar for 3-4 days in Vienna, jungleman + 3 other HS coaches (Johannes strassman, fisheye84, and 1 other). About 15-20 "students" and we just sat in a conference room in the Sofitel hotel (super nice hotel) for 8 hrs a day going over theory via slideshows, asking questions, discussing strategy, etc. We also went through a bunch of the coaches HHs / videos they had made and dissected them and also one of us got the chance to play HU v jungleman and then review it (it was me, he crushed me :-p).

It was really interesting and opened my eyes up to how jungle and those guys approach certain situations/analysis and was def. eye opening even if all the strategy wasn't super mind blowing. Was a ton of fun, liked all of the guys + the coaches a ton, and got to know Johannes and Jungle pretty well was I was there and liked them both. Also won like 4-5k euro v jungle god-moding him in Chinese while we were there :-p, but he won a decent chunk of it back from me playing online later.

I quit a few months back but still chat with friends who play sc all the time. Do you play sc by chance? I've noticed a lot of ex-sc players who started up poker.

thats a very interesting about the experience with jungleman. do you think there are players who reach a very high level without the math analysis in their game? is it possible for a player to have such good intuition that he is making the proper adjustments without the math? btw i loved your vids from cardrunners. it has really helped in my progress as a player. gluck on the grind.

haha I've been playing poker for like 10 yrs, so I'm more of a poker player who played Sc2 . Was #1 diamond back in Season 1 and haven't played much since then, got into HON, but I still watch/bet on like almost all of the pro matches so I follow it just for a fun sweat , also got some coaching from Idra back in the day when people actually thought he was decent, mostly as a joke w/a friend but it was still funny ;p

Like 2 years ago there were TONS of players who were crushing w/no real math background, it's shifting away from that a bit (at least in hyper turbos) since a bunch of sub-trees of it are pretty much sovled but you can still get by , most people only have a very basic understanding of the math, just like "oh when they raise a lot it means I can 3bet shove a lot with ATC cause math says so". Glad the CR videos helped a lot, was prolly my best series ever on introducing people to HU cause I get comments on it all the time so it seems like it did a lot of good for people =]

Good to see you back at the tables:-)

What does your wife think about the time you spent on games like SC2 and HON? My girlfriend always thinks that it's childish and doesn't understand at all how someone can be into something like that...so maybe your wife's more understanding or you just don't give in as easily as I do...
