Also I want to start a diet so I'm going to use this to post my caloric intake every day. Meal plan looks like this oatmeal everymorning with fruit nuts or natty pb, lunch will be a salad with a portion of lean protein and dinner will be brown rice or sweet potato with lean porotein and a veggie. Dessert will be something like yogurt or low fat ice cream. BR $1630 I'll startposting a regular update every night before bed.
