Hey guys,

quick review of past three days. I kind of make all my goals expect playin 24 hours I played 20 because of hitting stop loss. But it wasnīt good days I had some losing days and also wasnīt in the right mode to play. I had to kind of push myself to do something. Laziness is terrible thing and it is probably life lasting goal to be more and more productive and less and less lazy. I used to have my daily routine, I used to be productive during the day and I used to go sleep satisfied because I put maximum energy to the day. Than I donīt even know how I slip slowly from my daily routine stop doing small daily routines, became lazy and not really excited about my day and stuff I have to do.

I want to set up morning routine. Some of that things I used to do but I stopped to do it.

1) after waking up drink 0,5 liter of cold water

2) Do warm-up exercise Link Text...
3) take a 5-10 minutes cold shower

4) have a break fast

5) mentally prepare for a day that means:

a) close my eyes and take a few deep breaths

b) say three things that I am grateful for.

c) send succes, love, happiness… to three people that are close to me

d) imagine what I want to achieve and how I want to my life looks like

e) Say to myself what I am going to do that day for achieving it



Goals on 6 – 9 april were

Play 24 hoursfail because of stoploss

Record 15-20 minute session every daydone

Rewatch the session next day and mark spot where I am not suredone

Hey guys,

quick review of past week. I was a bit demotivated. Didnīt want to do too much. Sleep a lot. ****ed up again my sleeping time. Since today I got back to good mood. Started being more active and now I am well – focused. I donīt know how it always happened that I am well focused, hungry for succes and than suddenly I become lazy, lack of energy and in bad mood. I think it usually starts with some lack of action. I become too comfortable, stop doing stuff that I am supposed and that leads to laziness and laziness leads to lack of energy and lack of energy leads to bigger laziness and than I just have to fight through laziness again and again. It is about constantly doing action, know it why you are doing the certain action and have vision of how you want your like to look like. I should start doing the NLP exercise I think it could really help me.

Hey guys,

my 3rd month in BPC is over. By results it was my worst month. – 256 profit + 309 rakeback = 53

I had certain goals on this month and I didn t achieve them.

Main goals on april was

1)Played at least 30k hands

2) Play in the “zone”

Why did I not achieve them?

1) a) I spent less days playing - because I had some school things + school excursion. There is not much I can do about it in future

b) I didn t play maximum sites possible - I have some issues with my foreign currency account and I have lots of money on few sites where you can cash- out only to bank account. It should be done in a few days. Also I have some issues with pokerstars I have blocked accounts already for a week.

c) I organized my day badly - Organization is key. I will make day schedule where I will have exactly hour to hour what I will do. I use it as baseline to my days

2) a) I didnīt do most month any NLP exercise - I didnīt do it. I started doing it last week to my morning routine and I had one of the most productive days ever. I was constantly in the “zone”. I want to do every morning nlp exercise.

My results arenīt very good but I also see people who are in program as long as I am making over 5k per month. Few days Ago also “Rylan” finished the program in 8 months. so I know it it possible. I believe in process that it is possible.



My standard day should looks like this.

11:00 waking up

11:00-13:00 – geting up, breakfast, morning routine.

13:00 – 14:00 review my session, post hands on forum

14:00 – 16:00 Do shopping, cooking, lunge (school)

16:00-17:30 – work out (school) (coaching)

17:30 – 00:00 – session (during session snack and dinner)

00:00 – 01:30 – video coaching review + evening fruit drink (school)

01:30 – ??? – other activites like investing, learning language

I donīt work-out, shop, cook and do coaching review everyday. Now my exams will start so when I wonīt work out, shop or cook I use that time to study.

I take this as basic how my ideal day should look like and stick to it as much as possible. I will se after week how it goes.

Why I will follow my day schedule?

Because I want to finish everything that is needed every day. If I make all the small things in the right “state” there is no other option than succeed. People made it before me. No reason why I should not make it as well. If I succeed I can travel the world. Visit Bali, Australia, Thailand, USA… Have license on skydiving, diving. Also make investments into gold and silver and help other to become succesful in poker as well.

Hey guys,

quick review of past 4 days. I am pretty satisfied with myself. I do stuff that I am supposed to do. Play reguraly solid 5-7 hours and do all work outside the table. The NLP helps me a lot get to the “state”. I am just a little bit pissed on my self. Because I still donīt have foreign currency account. I should have done it in a first month of coaching. NOw I have on two sites, where you can cash-out only through bank accout lots of money which I could use on different sites, play more hands and make more money. But this was one of my bad habbit that I did things on the last moment and I was never punished for that, I believe now I realize that I have to do important things right in the moment and donīt procrastinate. I also have checklist of things that I am supposed to do every day and it gives me satisfied feelings when I see everything I have done.

I also got challenge from my coach that if I comment most hands this month I will have on bonus 1 hour coaching. SO Iīll raise up a bit my standard of 20 hands on 25 for a while

Hey guys,

quick review of past three days.

What did I like about past 3 days?

1)I followed my morning routine

2) I was constantly in the state because of NLP exercise I do and because I pull “the trigger” several times a day.

3) I made nice profit

4) I made my goal in poker for one year and how I am going to achieve based on “mindcntrl” advice

5) I do things I am supposed to do everyday and donīt slip (post hands, comment hands, do coaching review…)

6) When I start day I make a checklis of thing I am supposed to do that day and it gives me satisfy feeling when I see at the end of the day I made things done.


Problem I faced past 3 days

1) In Sunday Internet connection lost

2) I donīt follow my daily schedule

3) I donīt get up from bed when I hear alarm clock and spend more time in bed than I need.

4) I cannot gain weight for several months

5) I stopped learning spanish

How do I solve these problems?

1) nothing I can do

2) It has got a lot to do with problem 3. I donīt get up from bed the hour I am supposed to and than my schedule is useless.

3) I have had this problem since I can remember. I remember most of my written excuse on high school was oversleep. I had this written excuse like 1-2 times every week. So I searched internet a bit if there is some solution to this problem which I was sure I am not the only one with. I found few articles with things I excpected. Like take alarm long distance from your bed ( I did that in past, I always get up turn it off and went back to bed again), imagine things you are excited about that day (I am excited about lots of thing but sleeping few more minutes or hours donīt kill me right?).

But i found article that made me interest. http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/200...larm-goes-off/. I think this could be valueable article for everybody who struggle with morning geting up. I am definetely gonna try that. Long story short. You need to practice the getting up right after your alarm during the day. SO it becomes habbit and once it becomes habbit, you will get up from the bed automatically after your alarm sound. It should actually become harder to not get up. So what practicing means? During the day. You should set your conditions in your bedroom to your waking up time condition. You should go to bed in exactly what you sleep in. Lie to your favourite position and set your alarm. After your your alarm start ring, you should take a deep breath, strech your limbs out, get up and do whatever thing you do right after getting up. ( For me it is drink water). And this you can repeat again and again few times a day. THan It becomes habbit and when the real morning come you just get up from the bed as when you practice it because your unconscious will be in charge.

I am definetely gonna try this exercise because it could solve my live long lasting problem.

4) So main reason I think I donīt follow what I should eat on 100%. I have a days when I eat what I am supposed to and days when I eat less that I am supposed to. I also donīt have specific goal and reason. I donīt think that I wanna gain weight to look good is good enough reason and specific goals. I was thinking that I could start train on some race. Month ago I talked with two guys who run “obstacle races”. Thereīs well known race in czech republic “Spartan race” and they want to run it. One of them told me that I could train on it as well. I was sceptical because I am not in such a shape but I check it on their site that last race is in october. SO in 5 months lots of work can be done. I will talk with them about preparation and other stuffs.

5) I will create specific goal. I want to learn spanish is not specific. For example have 30 minutes conversation with native – spaniard. Create specific plan how I am going to do it and why I am going to do it.

Hey guys,

quick review of past days. I kinda do the minimum I am supposed to but nothing too much extra. Two main reason were school and World championship in Ice Hockey. We ended up on sad 4th place. Also again my ****ed up sleeping time didnīt help too much to my organization of the day.


What did I do well in past week?

I played 36 hours

I followed my morning routine


Problems I faced in past week?

1)****ed up sleeping time (again)

2)I moved on nl100 but after two days I dropped back on nl50(again)

3)I didnīt do exercise to getting up exercise




How will I solved these problems?

1) If I do the “getting up” exercise I can set alarm on anytime I want and get up from bed.

2) Not much I can do. I think I played good just wasnīt lucky

Hey guys,

quick review of past 4 days. I played only 2 days. The two days I had mostly free from poker because of some school stuff. Two days ago I went sleep as a normal person at 10 p.m. and I have to say that I didnīt have such a good sleep for a long time. IT is nice to sleep when there is dark and quiet instad of light and rush. I read some stuff about sleeping that for example best time to sleep is between 10 p.m. and 2:30 a.m when you have most melatonin in your body. Unfortunately it is also the best time to play poker. I will try to look a bit on the polyphase sleep. May be I could play from 6 p.m to 10.p.m that go sleep and than play from 3 a.m to 5. a.m. and than take a bit sleep. Need to experiment with it a bit.

I have again bankroll on nl100. So I hope this time and for the second time this month I will manage to stay on nl100.

Hey guys,

quick review of past 3 days. Not much special happenned. So far I am still on nl100 I diddnīt make profit but I also didnīt lose.

I also inspired from the book 4hours body and start taking some stuff to increase my testosteron. It looks like this:Before breakfast I take few forks of sauerkraut than I take 600 ui of luiquid vitamin D3 and 200ui of liquid vitamin B12. I also add almonds to my breakfast. Also in a few days will come ferment oil from cod liver, which I will take every morning as well. I also do for a while already coldshower every morning which helps for increasing testosterone as well. Before sleeping I take 400 ui of liquid D3 and and I will take ferment oil from cod liver as well.



Goals on 22.5 – 24.5.2015 were

Hey guys,

quick review of past 4 days. I think I wasnīt like super productive I still have leaks in organization of my day but I am way more productive than I used to be in past. I feel this monthI changed as a person. I am practically all day in the “state” or “in the zone” or whatever you wanna call it and I think it is probably the most important thing. When you are in the right state your brain works at best. He gives you the best possible information, you enjoy whatever you doing. Either it is playing poker, talking with friends, exercising or just make it something simple like washing the dishes and that makes you overall happy person.

You are your worst enemy. Thereīs a saying if there is no enemy inside the enemy outside can do no harm. I believe this is true. Because lots of time we want something on consciousness level but subsconcious works against us and than we have to fight against ourselves. I think it is important to learn how to make subsconcious works for you and not against you. Than everything you do is enjoyable and you donīt need to fight against yourself.

Some issues I am having lately is that day seems to short to me. I made most things when I woke up early like 10 or 11. Usually what happens is that I go sleep in the right time and wake up in the right time but than one day I need to do lots of things or I donīt wanna go sleep yet and I go sleep later than also wake up later and than I have ****ed up sleeping schedule. Also sleeping during the daylight isnīt very healthy. I remember like a week ago when I went sleep at 10 p.m the sleep was so awesome I felt really great. I think I should be going to bed ideally at midnight in that time I usually get asleep. I am also more effiency. When I woke up late I have feeling like there is too late and I have so small amount of time to finish things.

Hey guys,

I am gonna make review of past month. It was the best month so far in the CFP and I believe this was the breakthrough month for me and now I finally start to crush it. I think this was also the month when I grow most as a person.

Some issues I struggled before starting CFP and also during the first 3 month.

1) Not doing things on regular bases. One day I did so many ****s and the next day I did nothing

2) Emotional roller – coaster. One day I was feeling like a total boss, do all my ****s and the next day I was feeling like total **** and couldnīt even get from bed

3) Doing things on the last moment, not in time.

4) Be overloaded by task that leads to aversion do anything

5) little things taking my focus away. Movies, facebook….

How did I solved these issues?

1) It was mainly because I had problem to motivate myself in the long term. So my feeling of motivation was more of a concidence than choice. I follow “mindctrl” advice and create specific plan for what I want to achieve, how I want to achieve, why I want to achieve it, when I achieve it and I look at it every day. Also for me life changing was starting doing NLP exercise. So now I control my emotion and they donīt control me.

2) Pretty much the same as in “1)”. Doing NLP exercise gave me control of my emotion. Other things that are helping me to be in good emotional state are doing regular exercise, eat as clean as possible. Your mind and body cannot work properly if you give ****s to your body. Morning routine is really good it helps you awaken your body and your mind and get fresh to your day. Also i wrote this month that I am working on getting my testosterone high so I think it really helps me to not be tired during the day and be focused.

3) This was my problem all my life, I was never punished for that and always get away with that but here this habbit ****ed me few times. I always create check list in the morning of things I need to do. So I donīt forget during the day on someting, when I donīt make something that day done. I have it in my checklist “undone” and I will do it for example the next day. I wonīt forget on the task which I am not so excited about but on the other hand is important and have it every morning on my checklist so eventually I make it done.

4) Here the checklist again helped me. I think lots of time when we have to make that day for example 7 or more things it looks like we have so many to do but when we write it down. We find out that lots of task takes only few minutes and it is not such a big deal. Before sleeping I check all the task I have done and I see how much work I made that day. When I compare it to days when I didnīt use checklist I had often feeling that I didnīt make anything that day and I was unsatisfied with myself. Now I see every evening how much work I have done during the day and I have satisfied feeling when I go sleep.

5) I set to myself that I can go on facebook only after I made everything that day done and I can watch movies only on freeday. I also find out that I was tend to watch movie when I was in a bad mood. so The NLP exercise helps me to not get to bad mood and that leads that I donīt watch movies too much.

Issues I am still having.

1) Not regular sleeping hours

2) Badly organizate my day, so I donīt do everyhintg I am supposed to

How will I solve these issues

1) I think to me the best would be go sleep at midnight. I found-out that around midnight I usually get very asleep. so I think I am biological set to go sleep at midnight. I should at best go to sleep at 00:00 or maximum 02:00. I think I can go sleep later when it is needed but important is to keep my getting up time same. I should always get out of bed between 08:00 – 10:00. It is alright to shorten your sleeping once a while. Problem is that when I go sleep later I also than get out of bed later. I also had problem to getting up on alarm clock. This I will solve in a week or 2. When I do “getting up” exercise that I talked about in previous post at least 3 times a day.

2) I found out that I always say to myself that I do something after poker session. I will study spanish, I will read etc. but after poker session I am not capable of anything. I am usually very tired. So I think poker session should be the last think I will do that day and do the rest things before session.

So this is my graph for this month. Thereīs one site missing because hem doesnīt work there and you have to buy handcoverter which I didnīt buy yet. I think I played there like 1500 hands and I am + 76 there. So overal this month 1456 + 76= 1523 + 299 rakeback = 1822 euro this month.

Hey guys,

another week is over. It has been good week. Lots of stuff this month. I have some exas so I have to study, play poker and also me and friend of mine want to move to Malta for three months. SO I hope itīll works. Now we are trying to find a cheap place to live and also cheap tickets.

With my coach we talked that I shoud play more. so I want to play 50 hours this week. It wonīt be easy because I have exams and also the whole living on Malta. so I will work a bit less off the tables and more on the tables

Hey guys,

quick review of past week. I didnīt make that 50 hours I wanted to make. Mainly because I have to study on exams (I passed two exams in one day). Also we had good bye party with people from college and mainly from dormitory. It was pretty sad. People that you have spend 3 years and were very close to you are now gone and you are not going to see them.

Also my upswing continue and yesterday I hit 5k winnings since joining BPC so Iīll get acces to new studying material.

Also I ordered new computer which will come tomorow so I am pretty excited abou that because this computer is pretty ****ty lately.

Also I want to move with friend of mine on 3 months to Malta but I still have problem to find apartment. so I hope I will find him.

Hey guys,

review of previous week. I am not satisfied with me last week. I didnīt play as much as I was supposed and could play. Mainly because I had two days off because I was in kind of bad mood and two days do practically nothing. But now I am back in full power. 😀

Finally my computer, screen and keyboard come. So I was excited that I am finally gonna play on good computer but have problem that my screen doesnīt operate with the computer so I am now trying to solve where is the problem.

About the Malta trip still have trouble to find some cheap apartment. It is hard now in the main season. But “Steezy” was nice enough that he allow us to stay in his apartment from 3 – 20 July so if we wonīt find anything weīll stay for two weeks in his place but I believe weīll find something eventually.

Hey guys,

quick review of past week. I made 50 hours of playing. This week I want to make 50 hours as well and than make a standart playing 9 hours a day 6 days a week. so 54 hours. IF I want to start making some money and move up on limits I need to give more to it.

Also I am still not running on a new computer. There is some weird problem that computer doesnīt cooperate with screen so probably will have to buy new screen.

Also 6th we are flying to Malta will be living at steezy house for 14 days and than either go back or hopefully weīll find there some place to stay. It is pretty hard in this time to find some not expensive short let rent.

review of month June. It wasnīt bad month. I made some profit. But if I want make lots of money move up on higher stakes I need to play more. Last two months I have winrate 10bb+ so I have the skill to make lots of money. Also this month I kind of stopped do the little things I am supposed to do. Like not doing morning routine every day, not doing NLP exercises to keep me in state, donīt write in the morning things I am supposed to do and it has influence in some days on my motivation and mood. I need to start doing all the things that keep me in good state and mood every day.



This month profit is 914 + 309 from one site which I donīt have handconverter yet = 1223 + 228 from rakeback = 1451 euro and I played about 26k hands.

Hey guys,

so yesterday we arrived on Malta and now we are living with friend of mine at "Steezy"(also one of the CFP participant) house. So far It is really awesome here. Steezy is cool guy and yesterday after arriving he shows where to party on Malta. We have really fun time. We met lots of beautifull girls from all over the world. It is really paradise for single guys. But I donīt want to just party I want also play poker. But with good time manegment I can reach both.

Hey guys,

so I am week on Malta. On the one hand it is really awesome holiday. Meet some great women here and have really awesome party but otherwise in Poker I suck. I had like 4 losing day in a row, Now I am finally start having winning days. I have bad time managment so I played really small. I was a bit pissed because my new computer still doesnīt work and had a bit problem with internet. So I am not satisfied with my work ethic. I should sleep less so I can play poker and also enjoy the night life.

Hey guys,

I came back from Malta home. As I said in previous spot. It was awesome because there were really great parties and girls from the whole world. So it was really hard to not go party but I am angry about myself because I wanted to play at least 50 hours every week this month and I believed it was possible to do both things. There are lots of things in your life you want to work on. Work, sport, social life… but you have only 24 hours every day. I watched one productivity coach and he said it is not ever about the person (I am lazy, i am not efective…) but it is always about the strategy. So I will just try different strategies to be as effective as possible and grow in every area of my life. Also good question I should ask is how will this effect me in a long run? Because lots of time we just think only in short term but donīt see the effect in long run. I for example stopped studying spanish and instead of it before sleeping watch episode of simpsons because it is easier in that moment and always said to myself. Okay I am gonna study spanish tomorow today I am tired. but tomorow is already several months that I didnīt study. Which is shame because if I didnīt stopped learning spanish I would probably know speak well and on Malta I met really cool spanish girl but couldnīt practice too much because I forgot almost everything. I can ask this question about everything. How will this food effect me today and how it will effect me in long run, How going sleep in this hour effect my next day and how does it effect me in long run?….

I will be now to the rest of my month in my parents house so I just wanna play 9-10 hours a day to put some hours in this month.

Hey guys,

didnīt play that much last few days. My stepfather had 50th birthday so it was 3 days party. I managed to play a bit during that but not too much. This month I had lots of fun but also I am running really bad in poker. swinging up and down.

I finally fixed my new computer so I started playing on him today. Really glad for it. It is so fast I donīt have to restart it every 3 hours. It really spare lots of time and also less tilt because sometimes it was really tilting when computer lagged during hands and I lost hands and oponnents. Now it will be much easier to play more hours per day. Also I can do session review and video coaching review during session when I donīt have oponennts because this computer will handle it unless from the previous one.

I want to play last 5 days at least 50 hours to make this month better.

Also in August I am moving with friend of mine to poker flat in Prague. so I am now looking for some flat there. It will put some pressure on me because I will have bigger expenses but I think it is good thing. At least I will be more motivated and put more hours into playing.

Hey guys,

so July is over. so far it was the worst month for me in poker since joining CFP. I am not gonna post graph because it wouldnīt be accurate. One site show different results than I really have and other site is not in graph. Also few days ago I started playing on new computer so I have rest of the graph there. So overall results this month is – 370 euro. Two days before end of the month I was down over 1k. I had 6 losing days in a row. I was super frustrated. It was the worst week I had since joining CFP. Than 7th day I had my best day I had to even drop on nl50 but made 700 euro only on nl50 that day. I played this month about 25k hands.

So I decided that I really need to finally put some volume in because I am lazy and I also want to beat variance and not have such a bad month like this one. So we make agreement with Uhlvar that we are going to play 300 hours this month. To make sure that this time I am going to make it we agreed that if we donīt make 300 hours we pay 1000 euros. Because fear of losing something is best motivotation in that case you always find a way how to make things done. so my plan is to play 6 days a week 12 hours a day. Also this month I want to move to Prague so there are some stuffs that I have to deal with. So I have lots of things to do this month but I believe this will be my best month in my poker career!.

I go back to what I did in past because than I was most effective and I didnīt quit day when I was tired but when I was done. So In case I donīt make all my goals I am gonna pay to Uhlvar 100 euros. In this case I know that the things are not “should” do but “must” do.

Hey guys,

quick review of pas three days. Right first day I played 15 hours. I planned 12 but I had to do finish other stuffs so it was 15 on the end. Feel last thre daeys really good about poker. Had some winnings days and start thinking about poker more deeply. More think about oponents and how to adjust. Also I start leaving some oponents especially on nl50 because the rake is huge so some oponents just now worth of playing.

I am glad I put the bet with Uhlvar about the 1000 euro because lots of time I am tired but there is no other option but play and even If I donīt want to once I start playing I enjoy it. I also sleep much less. Only like 6 -7 hour. I am going to sleep really exhausted but with a satisfied feeling that I put maximum that day.
