Hey guys,
I am gonna make review of past month. It was the best month so far in the CFP and I believe this was the breakthrough month for me and now I finally start to crush it. I think this was also the month when I grow most as a person.
Some issues I struggled before starting CFP and also during the first 3 month.
1) Not doing things on regular bases. One day I did so many ****s and the next day I did nothing
2) Emotional roller – coaster. One day I was feeling like a total boss, do all my ****s and the next day I was feeling like total **** and couldnīt even get from bed
3) Doing things on the last moment, not in time.
4) Be overloaded by task that leads to aversion do anything
5) little things taking my focus away. Movies, facebook….
How did I solved these issues?
1) It was mainly because I had problem to motivate myself in the long term. So my feeling of motivation was more of a concidence than choice. I follow “mindctrl” advice and create specific plan for what I want to achieve, how I want to achieve, why I want to achieve it, when I achieve it and I look at it every day. Also for me life changing was starting doing NLP exercise. So now I control my emotion and they donīt control me.
2) Pretty much the same as in “1)”. Doing NLP exercise gave me control of my emotion. Other things that are helping me to be in good emotional state are doing regular exercise, eat as clean as possible. Your mind and body cannot work properly if you give ****s to your body. Morning routine is really good it helps you awaken your body and your mind and get fresh to your day. Also i wrote this month that I am working on getting my testosterone high so I think it really helps me to not be tired during the day and be focused.
3) This was my problem all my life, I was never punished for that and always get away with that but here this habbit ****ed me few times. I always create check list in the morning of things I need to do. So I donīt forget during the day on someting, when I donīt make something that day done. I have it in my checklist “undone” and I will do it for example the next day. I wonīt forget on the task which I am not so excited about but on the other hand is important and have it every morning on my checklist so eventually I make it done.
4) Here the checklist again helped me. I think lots of time when we have to make that day for example 7 or more things it looks like we have so many to do but when we write it down. We find out that lots of task takes only few minutes and it is not such a big deal. Before sleeping I check all the task I have done and I see how much work I made that day. When I compare it to days when I didnīt use checklist I had often feeling that I didnīt make anything that day and I was unsatisfied with myself. Now I see every evening how much work I have done during the day and I have satisfied feeling when I go sleep.
5) I set to myself that I can go on facebook only after I made everything that day done and I can watch movies only on freeday. I also find out that I was tend to watch movie when I was in a bad mood. so The NLP exercise helps me to not get to bad mood and that leads that I donīt watch movies too much.
Issues I am still having.
1) Not regular sleeping hours
2) Badly organizate my day, so I donīt do everyhintg I am supposed to
How will I solve these issues
1) I think to me the best would be go sleep at midnight. I found-out that around midnight I usually get very asleep. so I think I am biological set to go sleep at midnight. I should at best go to sleep at 00:00 or maximum 02:00. I think I can go sleep later when it is needed but important is to keep my getting up time same. I should always get out of bed between 08:00 – 10:00. It is alright to shorten your sleeping once a while. Problem is that when I go sleep later I also than get out of bed later. I also had problem to getting up on alarm clock. This I will solve in a week or 2. When I do “getting up” exercise that I talked about in previous post at least 3 times a day.
2) I found out that I always say to myself that I do something after poker session. I will study spanish, I will read etc. but after poker session I am not capable of anything. I am usually very tired. So I think poker session should be the last think I will do that day and do the rest things before session.

So this is my graph for this month. Thereīs one site missing because hem doesnīt work there and you have to buy handcoverter which I didnīt buy yet. I think I played there like 1500 hands and I am + 76 there. So overal this month 1456 + 76= 1523 + 299 rakeback = 1822 euro this month.

Goals on june
Get up from bed between 8:00 and 10:00
Go sleep mostly between 00:00 and 02:00
Study spanish at least 30 minutes every day
Do things I am supposed to do that day before poker session
