Hi all, I am the ultimate super degen, lost something like 3k$ overall since may 2009, have sworn to myself that I would never play again, but now I'm at it again. My goal right now is to make enough money until next summer so that I won't have to work. I am playing 6max nl10 at Pokerstars. Starting with 75$, actually started from 10$, got it up to 100$, but lost two stacks in a set vs set and kings vs aces.
Ok.
Starting capital - 75$ wish me luck.

Picked up some speed hehe. Won two big hands now up to 93.96$+18.96 Even though I lost one stack with Kings vs Ace Nine preflop, I call this session a success. Obviously the first hand was played in a strange way, but I gotta tell I always knew where I was in a hand. I put him on a Queen with a medium kicker and decided to float the flop, after the turn came another Queen and gave me a flush draw I thought that if i hit a King or a club I could take his stack which happened, of course a King would have been terrible.

Hero had A, J (flush, Ace high).

The hand below played it out itself, I bet and 4bet the turn because I realised that Button was on a draw and I am commited with my set. Now that I look at it, a PUSH would have been the correct play.

Gotta be mucking this pre-man. Weren't even getting the implied odds to call if you know 100% that a villain will stack off when you hit...

Don't get too excited yet, your play doesn't look too horrible, but this imparticular is a massive leak.

Enjoy the heater while it lasts though.

When I used to play stars I remember that the VIP money bonuses were worth more than any of the items in the store, well other than the concierge? Is it still set up that way or did they drop the fpp prices?

Either way, with everyone buying the touch and iphone they have no need for their old ipods and you can pick them up dirt cheap. I just picked up that exact ipod 2 months old for 40 bucks.
