Hello,
As you can see from my previous thread, I'm playing poker for a few years now, but unfortunately I have never been able to "make it" in poker as I've not been consistent enough either with my grind or my study volume mainlly due to mental weakness.
I've been in a poker study group with "Shipnickle" and "wegg" which are for me the best poker friends I've encountered to be a better poker player. They are now retired from the game but this is good to remember I'm still here because they have inspired me a lot back in the days (can check their blogs on 2+2 if you want).
The "problem" is that it's really difficult for me to conciliate poker with real life stuff (wife, kids, 40h/week work), so yeah, pretty sad that I have to build up again a bankroll but this thread will help me to keep motivated and to share with you guys my journey through microstakes.
For now I'll start by playing NL5 rush&cash in GGPoker.
I've got approximately 250$ due to a very good first day yesterday at the tables.
I've been playing for 3 hours straight 4 tables and here are the results for the first day:
Day 1
Hands: 2,757
Results: +16.5 Buy'ins
I'll move up when I hit 50 buy'ins of next level and I'll go down when I hit 50 buy'ins of previous level.
NL10 --> 500$ (go down to NL5 at 250$)
NL25 --> 1,250$ (go down to NL10 at 500$)
NL50 --> 2,500$ (go down to NL25 at 1,250$)
