I was so motivated to play on Sunday. I had lost my appetite over the last month or so, I'm not sure if it's because of the Party role or if I was just really hungry again because I'd missed it, but I really enjoyed playing.

I started earlier than I have in over a year and had tonnes and tonnes of deep runs and capped it with winning the bigger82 which gets tonnes of runners on a Sunday.

I woke myself up at 10:30am today to ensure that I didn't fall into a Bad sleeping pattern. I'll not play any big sessions this week but I will play on Party on phone, some hu cash games and some tournaments, pretty fun actually.

Just set a new huge Samsung Curved TV on the wall in my room and have been watching a bunch of stuff on there including House of Cards season 4, Cooked Up and on Friday I watched my favorite movie The Talented Mr Ripley.

Monday is always my busiest day where I try to fix all business that I didn't take care of Fri-Sun but I really like just parking up in a coffee shop and getting **** done and then walking through the city in the sun to another coffee shop and getting more **** done.

I watched nice documentary on the plane called "The Start Up kids" which follows bunch of the most successful 18-25 year old entrepreneurs, how they decided to do what they did, mistakes they made, a-ha moments etc, would recommend it for some light viewing. Watched also the last episode of Hunger Games, absolutely terrible.

Thanks so so much for all the feedback about Party and the congrats, really nice to see people being happy for somebody else in this industry, I really love that. I convinced them in the meeting to put s $109r $30k guarantee and it hit $65k the first week and it was such a great tournament to play.

Good luck everybody this week, I thought about getting a white board for my room, I saw Dan Coleman had one on his podcast with Joey, seems like a fun thing to have.

great pickup by them. hope you have a lot of sway and influence. i can tell you have players interests at heart unlike some of the other site ambassadors online who just collect a paycheck and dont promote the games or act as a player liaison in any way

any interest about the Queen of Llamas?

So this week I've been looking at buying a hostel thats just closed down, its an amazing building that has a tonne of potential to be monetised properly. Previously they just used half of the space and had charged 4 euros a night rent!!

This is the building, it has 3 main floors, a huge cellar and a huge attic, its a really nice building, in probably the top 3 streets in the city.

The rooms are currently in really bad condition and it was designed as a place for very cheap hostel go-ers who would spend very little time in the building except for sleeping. People seemed to not take too good care of it

This is how they currently sleep

The space inside is really interesting though, not only the location, but the inside looks perfect for some kind of underground club to monetise the basement (currently it has nothing at all in terms of revenue stream there, its deserted and empty)

My bar is exactly opposite which is great for collaboration stuff:

You can see instant 3 doors away, Instant is probably the most popular place for tourists to go to in Budapest, its a huge club with lots of different rooms, basically a miniature Razzmatazz from Barcelona, but really quirky

Its a huge building, goes very deep and there is a lot of potential, I think GTO would be to use the front of the building where you can see theres 2 shops that are closed down as bars, maybe really boutique cocktail bars, use the cellar as an underground late night party place and then use the actual building as somewhat of a boutique hotel or maybe just a better hostel thats ran better and is a little bit more presentable. It all ties in very well, but lets see how greedy the landlord is going to be in terms of costs.

Will update next week about this project.

Pretty interesting Sunday, profitable but a little bit frustrating.

Busted 40th in warm up, nitty fish 3x bvb and I jam 25bb w a9dd, immediately regretted it,'there's almost no parts of his range that jamming is higher ev than flatting imo

Busted 60th in million lost a bunch of all ins, but won bunch before to get there I guess.

Had 3 other final two tables in big tournaments but managed a 4th for 17k in Party High Roller ($530) to make it a good day.

Stars new schedule means I have to completely rewrite 60+ schedules for all the stable
And immediately because they need to play, pretttttttttty tilting!

More updates later in week <3
