I've been playing poker since I was 15 years old, as I'm from the late 80's, I can say that I've spent more than half of my life playing poker.
I took some time away from poker, a few years, and since the pandemic and restrictions of covid 19 started here, I've been playing omaha on apps again (PPoker, Upoker, Poker Bros, Xpoker), and I've been getting great results, actually a lot more than I could ever imagine winning until now.
I have great rakeback on PPPoker, and I can play up to 6,000 hands a day, for my banker I need to play 5,000 hands a week, with him I also have a great deal, I get a fair % of rakeback winning or losing.

This first post will be more of a brief presentation and a record of the goals.

Game goals:
* $6000 profit per month (including rakeback)
* 6,000 hands a day / 6 days a week (about 8 hours playing 13 tables).
* Establish myself playing 100$ PLO5 on my own and 600$-1K$ PLO5 with a banker by the end of this year.
* 4 hours of poker study per week.

Routine goals:
* Get back to exercising before I have a heart attack.
* Meditate 2 to 3 times a day (at the moment I meditate once a day, without a fixed schedule)
* Breathing exercises
* Reading things outside of poker (I'm interested in psychology, economics, ancient and modern societies, spirituality, human conflicts).

I'm a bit of an unusual person, I don't watch TV or play games other than poker, and that helps me focus on my goals.

I currently live in a hotel in the center of my hometown, which is on an island in the Atlantic Ocean.

Life goals:
* Transform the city I live in into a better and fairer place to live, unfortunately in my country people are still very attracted economically and mentally, so I believe there must be a way to bring more education and money to the inhabitants here on the island , but that's a long subject that I'll cover more in future posts, God willing.

I am available for suggestions, criticisms and questions.

These are my results playing with my own money. After a long conversation with my father, he suggested that I go ahead with this goal plan.
At the moment I'm playing the equivalent of 20$ PLO5, these amounts are in Brazilian reais, 1 dollar = 5 reais approximately.

I'm having bad results, even though the ev expectation is 7bb/100 on average, I believe this can be improved.

Lately I've been having a bad ability to concentrate, as a lot of people owe me money, and a significant amount, even more to my country (approximately 6 thousand dollars). And I get in a really bad frame of mind when I charge and I know I'm being cheated by the debtor. But that's part of it, that's one of the reasons why I get mad at gambling addicts, in my town there's an underworld of poker clubs where they support people's addiction by giving them credit to play, and most addicts don't honor, and whoever wins in the game does not receive the money, in short, absurd!

Just now I did this last session:

I was very unfocused, I should have stopped playing at the first sudden ev drop (I follow the graph while I play, I have a 49 inch monitor that allows me to work very comfortably). But I had a total of 7 ev drops for playing terribly badly at the end of that session, I lost an equivalent of $60, should have stopped on the second ev drop for playing badly but I had a total of 7 at the end of the session! I was being naive to think I would be able to reverse this lack of focus.

I'm preparing my dinner, soon I'll meditate and go back to work!

Gl OP.
If i can suggest you, try to Play less Tables. 13 Tables PLO5 is No Joke and ist very easy to Tilt your ass Off. Sacrifice a little Volume for More EV and better decisions on the Tables. You will improve faster and can Deal With variance better IMO. If your Goal is to reach Higher Games that's the way to Go. Don't Rush it.

Btw, don't Look at your graph in the Session, that will **** your mind a Lot lol.

Maybe it's an insecurity of mine to look at the session during the chart, but at the end of the session I do a graphical analysis to see what happened, and I review some hands that had very negative ev.

Yesterday I didn't have a good day, I played few hands 2 sessions, because I was sleepless the day before (solving things about the debts I have to receive), I was in the role of getting a car as part of a debt but it ended up not working, and I could only sleep from noon until 6 pm, I think that contributed to my lack of focus.
Since I knew I wasn't going to win the game yesterday, I decided to stop and go to sleep.

It is now 6:30 AM here on the island. I'm preparing my breakfast, I'm going to meditate and at 8 AM I'm going to have a massage with a very nice lady I met at a kiosk that is next to the hotel where I live. She seems to be a very nice person.

After that I will get ready to play from 10 am to 1 pm.

At the end of the day I will post the session charts, and the partial result of this week (report extracted directly from pppoker).

Health and light for all of us.

Peace and Blessing.

This is the graph of my second session yesterday, it follows the pattern of the first session, I started relatively well and in the end I lost focus completely.

Correction: unfortunately in my country people are still very little evolved, (including people who have money) economically and mentally.
