i dont think i would be very good at this doing these things in a timely manner if it were expected of me

you guys realise you can just sign up for rb at just about any other site and get the same without having to put in that volume and be locked in?

not if your a player from the US

you got contributed rake everywhere except for stars so you will make more money at stars in RB than anywhere

My reasons include software, volume etc... I have played loads of other sites but I always come back to pokerstars.

1000 vpp. Near 200k pace but back to work tomorrow so the pace will drop off.

By the way only 5 bi down, which is ok, as I have never put this level of volume in before.

1800 vpps, 24 tabling 100FR

got 50,036 vpps so far.

from a marketing standpoint $200 for 1pp rather than $1k for 50kfpps sounds better?

really? Obviously they are basically the same, but from a marketing standpoint its pretty comical that you guys decided to go that route.

Timely. I agree, is that because you're passed out drunk in an alley somewhere? That could eat up alot of potential moderating time. I hear narcalopesy does wonders for the social life. Haha. (j/k) :-P

Oh and on a serious side note (just my two cents) about the Supernova Stellar Reward/VPP Milestone change over. It makes more -sense- from a purely objective standpoint (setting aside the value of the money itself) for someone to get -whatever- the bonus is for 1 FPP. Because why should you work so hard for all that time and put all that money in the center to achieve your supernova/sne goals if you have to PAY 50,000 fpps for roughly the same money. You should be able to spend those, whenever, as you go or at the end of your pursuit. But it should be on whatever you want. You shouldn't have to "save" up a bunch of fpps to receive the bonus you worked hard to clear. And if you take into account the actual math breakdown with the "freedom" factor of being able to have more CHOICES with your fpps, seperated from VPP stellar Rewards, then I think the change over is a real positive.

I support this move! :-)

Also, people chimed in a few reasons why PokerStars is the place to play! so here's a couple of mine!
Rakeback programs at other sites may or may not pay out more money, or in a more rigidly (cash only) structured way. But the 'consumer' has to seek out these programs. Pokerstars, with CLASS, just gives value, and freedom of choice(fpp-store) for a wide range of players without the consumer having to ask. That -says something- about them as a company.

Just like there have been times, in double or nothings, a couple of times I didn't even realize I was being colluded against, and Pokerstars was on there game and caught them (when I was oblivious), and compensating me against those sneaky devils. Whenever I've ever had a serious issue, they have pretty much never let me down.

When I first encountered 'rs03rs03', the micro-don supernova (sick human being), and I had to ask myself, "is this guy a computer?" And I did the numbers (to calculate how many games he was playing a day), and I played alot of games against him, and I spent some time trying to figure him out, only to realize for myself, "he's not a computer, he's just sick." Game Security was very helpful during my own personal suspicions of this guy, and with, again, CLASS, they sent someone half way across the world to watch this guy play just to REMOVE ALL DOUBT. What other pokersite goes to that much effort, constantly, for so many people on a daily basis, WITHOUT HAVING TO BE ASKED?

These are just a *few* reasons why I only play at Pokerstars :-)

Going for 300K but will probably get 200K. Either way, going for SN. Starting the day with 1200 VPP!

I'd love to get 300k, but I will be short cuz I kinda destroyed my BR
I hope I can get to 100k in 200 days and then get an additional 100k VPPs in last 5 months.
