Laid with her two nights ago, then didn't hear a word from her today.

Got up $17 in 1k hands at 4nl, then finished only up $12 after 1.5k hands. Still avereraging 17.57 bb which i guess is great considering i still tilt and am horrible at post flop LAG play if someone plays back.

I know on this site, if I stop tilting, I can go right back to a 24bb rate. Very curious to know if I could still maintain that at 200nl for example. I see all these high stakes players and they are raving about making a 5bb rate. Wondering if my games are really that weak. Doesn't seem like it tho usually at full ring.

Last 26 days: Trying to play lag has been creating too many breakeven stretches. Also ran into aces 3 times in a row last night all in. tightened up, shoved the nuts preflop and postflop and went on 6 1/2 buyin upswung quickly.

Runnin hot I guess.

12-13 tables lag/tag mix, then dropped to 2 tables near end very tight with some fish to actually win $.

Back to my roots today. Weak-tight.

Nice to have someone over-shove the turn on me when I hit a straight flush. Rocky sesh today. Had a $34 downer last week, still makin back. Dropped down to 4nl till I get closer to peak. Am tempted daily to take shots tho since car needs work and need new couch.

Couldn't have ran much worse tonight. 6 buyins below ev. doubt i have ever ran that bad. prolly not even close. usually run well above ev so its actually worse. basically started losing heavy favorites. then had some tilt and just a long bad run where i seemed to be playing abc poker for my long downswing whiel 12 tabling against mostly regs. didnt start winning till most of the regs signed off, and i dropped to 4 tables and a bunch of fish showed up. Even then tho, i would flop the nut straight and chop 3 ways to runner runner. lose all in multiples times with AA, etc.

Did have to people go allin against my straight flush, which was nice.

The night before, I actually had a $32 downswing at 4nl followed by $26 upswing. Almost mirror sessions.

Breakeven for 20k hands.

Back to playing more tight and careful and less tables. 4nl, 10nl. i can live with this. would love to coast like this at higher stakes. reached new peak on overall profit too.

4nl 9-max. impressed. Nice $70 heater.
