Sitting down $50+ from a couple days ago. Ran like hell in the sng's today. My biggest downswing in past 100 games. The end of my cash graph pains me:

Played pretty horrid mostly in the middle of this graph at 4nl. Made too many all in hero calls. Think I lost with AA all in also.

Started chipping back up, then the sickest hand happened. A54 flop three of us flopped sets and I had 55. Dude with 44 bet 1.10 into a small pot. He was fishy so I decided to shove. Problem was, I knew dude behind me had a decent chance for AAA based on his ep raising % and that he raised 3.5x. Of course he had it and felted us to end my session. This was all 4nl, I am pretty ashamed of myself.

My balance is now $206. I have a $250+ cashout pending. Balance was $290 just a few days ago. It is now below what it was over a week ago when I requested the cashout.

I need to reaccess if I can keep handling cash games. Maybe I need to just 1-2 table. Overall graph is looking like it is going to end up back to busto if things don't change.

I was in 4th of 18 left in a long mtt tonight also. I had a10 on a A10k board and the river brought a 3rd heart. Guy shoved the river. One friend was telling me to fold, the other was arguing as to why it looked like a bluff. I chose the wrong option and called. Busted out in 18th. Had a decent chance to recover this weeks losses if I won that.

Can't believe I am still talking about losses. Oh well, the grind continues.

Lost another $40 today. Need to take a step back and re-evaluate. Leaves my total profit at only $220 now when it was at $350.

Sometimes.... you just gotta know when to cash out and rethink strategy.

In semi-retirement mode. Just doing a few $1 turbo sng's for now. Still waiting on my $250.78 check to even be processed, requested on 5-19. Trying to make sure I at least get to enjoy some profit, in case I continue to play bad.

Started working in some minor exercise after a couple weeks off and got some sun.

Used my last two $11 coupons. Was in the 50 seats to sunday big ticket $11 satty. Has A2s in bb and lp guy who raises 26% opened. I 3 bet large and he called off half his stack preflop with A3s and made a flush.

No escape from the micros in sight.

Thanks. My $250 check is still pending. My leftover balance had dropped as low as 155. It is now 183, b/c I used 1,100 vip points to enter the sunday big $11 and made the 2nd pay spot. Also had a quick double up at 4nl. Still got $107 in downswing to makeup to get back to my peak.

Getting completely smashed in cash games.

One of those days were I say to myself, i should prolly quit poker. Return to cash games exactly as when I left off, almost never winning an all in. No one pays off when I am good. I make some big mistakes, and also lose set over set over set. $22 gone in only 532 hands of 4nl.

played some more, started to make some of it back, but ended up $28 down on day just from 4nl.

Balance at $147, so already $45 below my deposit amount, after you subtract the $250 check that is coming in a couple days. So only $205 profit after a month and a half, when I was at $390 profit after a month. Basically lost half my months' profit in two weeks.

Deciding to cashout another $50 as a sort of tilt protection. So balance is now going to be at $97. Just going to focus on $1 mtt's and sng's mostly and practice controlling tilt again. $50 of my loss-back was from 25nl, but it was mostly complete annihilation of my 4nl graph that did me in. Posting it below.

I honestly hate playing for peanuts, but when I am home bored, b/c of my health probs, I usually turn to poker, so I might as well perfect it.

Decided to sit the plo8 4 cent cash game. I have a decent roi in plo8 sngs so figured it was +ev situation. I had a couple setups and coolers. I should know better tho. When you river a flush and a decent low hu, your opponent is going to have you covered both ways. A fish ended up sitting and going all in every hand. I waited for decent low high combos to get it in with him, but lost every single time, Lost $15, almost 4 full buy ins.

Roll at $79. Closer to busto.

Played very cautious at 4nl this morning. Worked out well. See no need to deviate from this style if it's going to earn me a 37bb winrate. Pretty much how I had been playing, before my epic crash.

Not sure if mtt's are a great idea right now, since they are high variance, and it usually takes me about 100 tries before i finally win one.

Roll: $78, got 8th in $1 mtt. Got KK and went all in when two people had 2bb each, I and 3 others had 10bb. Was a spot where i shoulda min raised or even limped in. I could have made top 4 by actually folding a couple more orbits. Doubling up there literally wouldn't have moved me up any spot. The chip leader had 100b and a huge lead and was the one to bust me with AJo. Just one of those spots were just min raising or limping or folding KK to any big aggression is +EV.

Blowing a lot on mtt's. Some coolers too. 66, flop 568 and guy has 79 in the $11 big sunday. Used most of my vip points to enter that. I normally play conservative with some agression preflop, but i was shoving some hands like AKo with an average stack against another avg stack and lost all times. Could have coasted to the money in those spots.

But I was playing to be a big stack and it didn't work out. Still doing well in sngs.

But roll is only 37. $50 check still pending, but not going to cancel it. Kinda need the money. Next month I will have at least $100 to put towards poker if i choose.

In cash games I am breaking even. Not sitting with fish often enough to bank.

Dealing with strep throat also. Had it since last tues. Spot in throat is so painful, along with painful right inner ear.

Decided to ask Dan Blitz to stake me for a 1k+ event at the WSOP. Not sure if he even saw my message, but I think I could do well there.

Decent 4nl session. Got lucky on JJ99 board with quad 9's against J for spike in middle. Boring to breakeven for last 250 hands.

Made some small cashes in mtt's. Roll $53.

I played this pretty bad. Guy only raised 5% preflop. And he was short stacked. I literally felt pocket kings bink the turn, but even with all my hud stats shouting my set was crushed, i put him all in on turn lol.
