Happy new year to everyone!

Been a while since i updated my blog, took a holiday break of like 2 weeks almost.. and now i am official back again and ready to own it up!.

I officially quit my job and i will now play poker full time and i am ready to put in the hard work… 2015 will be a good year .

So been playing for 4 days now… and i guess the new year is starting to look good for me..



I decided to go back to my old roots and play as many tables as i can and just grind, which is what i do best … this way atleast i get decent rakeback and i dont really mind just winning from there.



Luckily! I started off this week off to a really good start at the tables





So yeah off to a good start!.. hope to carry on like this and make 200k hands this month too

Ok so the week is over.. and time to reflect



1st Week of 2015 Reflect:

So this was my first playing week of the year, and it started off really good.. went back to playing my grinding setup and had a good start to the week… Unfortunately near the end i started to fall and breakeven a bit… I think mainly due to not really focusing too much ( ie a bit of autopiloting) + a bit of variance i guess. ( altho i did run good).











Goals for next week:

Next week id like to up my hours a bit.. to atleast 40 hours. + Atleast 50k hands.

Gogo buddy, depending on how a meeting goes tonight I may be back in the game putting decent hours again soon!

have started off my first few days with some nasty losses and off to a downswing… but thats poker i guess time to learn off the tables and improve!

Sorry i didnt update my blog, reason is that i had to take a week off due to some personal reason and then i got sick for 2 days..

So since my last update… it has gone very very bad.. I had a bankroll to take a shot at 50nl ( and i took 10 buy ins) .. taking aggressive shots to move up asap.. unfortunately it did not go too well. So i moved back to 20nl and the losing streak continued… havent had a winning day since 16/01/15… And now my bankroll has gone below than when i started.

Frustrating, i know… but this is poker.. and its hard… but i will move on and up from this im sure.

So this week has finished, at the start of the week i realised on GG reviewing my hands and talking to other CFP guys in the group… that i have actually been deviating from standard lines a lot..

PRetty much every hand i played i was making decisions opposite to what i am meant to be doing.

So atleast i know what was wrong and i pretty much have to go back to basics right now.

This week has gone okay i guess pretty much break even ish… need to focus more and stick to no bs 100%

So my week is over, i missed to blog , sorry about that.



This week has pretty much gone back to basics and i ended up losing very slightly ( but with rakeback i ended up in the profit)

But i see spots still where i am not focusing or following standard lines, so aslong as i fix these two things i should be starting to win imo.

Hopefully next week things pick up and i start building up!

My week so far is going rather break even at the tables… but outside pretty good.. I am actually feel really comfortable and fixed some of my major leaks, some strategy and the rest mainly mindset.

Gone back to 10nl to just drill in standard lines and strat and keep focused…

So last week went actually pretty good for me.., didnt update on that cause i was off for 2 days with friends in a ski resort.. but i am back now.



This week hasnt started off to well with already 3 days of stop losses one after the other.. But i am not too worried.. I have been playing good and its just been coolers/bad beats mainly all of the hands…

Looking at results aside, I have been playing pretty decent at the tables, majority of the hands are coolers/fishies just hitting everything

I am trying to fix my major leaks, which is mindset and each day i see that this is improving.

Decent start to the week! Taking a break today as i had stuff to do in the real worldss yata yata..

But first two days of the week has gone pretty solid, staying focused.. following standard lines and slowly but steadily i am starting to pick up

I should be getting some rakeback in tomorrow and i shall be ready to go for 20/25nl again.

First week of March is over,

And it went pretty good, Should be at 20nl pretty damn soon. Got all my standard lines in lock down.

Only thing that i still need to improve is my focus… I guess mainly cause of tiredness etc, lately I have been lazy and not been going to the gym again but from now on i will be disciplined and strict. Have a proper workout schedule and stick to it. As being healthy physically is good for been healthy mentally!

So today didnt go so well… hit my first stop loss in actually quite a while… been pretty much break even/slightly winning… but today was brutal… was close to a 20/25nl shot but i guess i gotta wait a few more days for that!

Pretty much lost all ins that i was ahead today… but thats poker… gotta keep grinding..

Another update i guess …

Pretty much since my stop loss day i have been slightly losing/ slightly break even days since….

Had some coaching sessions/reviews with my coach and we found some obvious leaks recently… Mainly i have been too indecisive in certain hands where i do not know what really is the best play and overthink situations too much.

So i should be sticking/following standard lines more and just have auto pilot decisions on what to do in certain spots.

Another leak that i have been having is that i am not value betting enough… especially on river spots… where i am more going for check/calls instead of bet/folds.. Especially vs a fish..this is not good!

Hope i can fix these things and start seeing results.



Got some rakeback recently so bankroll went a bit up..

I took a 6 buy in shot at 25nl and pretty much lost 3 buy ins one day and 3 the next pretty fast lol… Play pretty good but when you get in QQ vs KK/AA like 3 times in a row.. and set over set… nothing i can do .. It was probably the sickest coolers ive had in a short period of time this year… and it happened during my shot take !.

Had a few days break of snowboarding and stuff to get my mind of it… As i felt unmotivated a bit to comeback after these days..

But i am here now, had a 4 buy in day today so looking good and onto the next month hope we get back to the shot take soon
