Not another progress thread... - 2018 and beyond

Hey all,
Figured I should finally make one of these to track my own progress.
Most of my poker is still live, but I do grind Bovada/GP and would like to advance to play 100/200nl and beyond over the next year or so.
Currently playing 20nl/25nl/50nl/100nl depending on mood, concentration, and game quality. I play 3/5 live at a few local cardrooms, and occasionally travel to a local 5/10 game that I'm staked in.
Also dabble in PLO but my winrate is nothing special, and I dont study nearly enough to beat it solidly.
About me:
Early-mid 20's

Poker Exp - going on 6 years, but only 2-3 at a higher level
Favorite brewery: Green Flash out of SD, CA - Fantastic IPA's

Goals:
1. Keep my online bankroll intact. I tend to withdraw a couple hundred/thousand every month for fun and games, but I'd like to build it to support a proper bankroll to support 200nl easily. The games are just as soft all the way through.
2. Study at least 10 hours a week - This is doable, I probably already average about 5-10 already but I'd like to make this more consistent
3. Keep progress up to date
4. Minimum of 15-20k hands monthly - I dont put in a ton of volume, but I also work between 50-60 hours a week at my full time job, and I generally play about 20 hours of live poker throughout the week too. Not a lot of time, but I can fit it. I've been averaging about 10k monthly over the last year, but have been a lot better this year (with closer to a 20-30k average monthly)
