asking about river is pointless here. start by never 3betting this hand.

Playing a red line strategy on the microstakes is probably not the smartest idea.

I checked the stats for the biggest winners ever on microstakes and not one of them had a positive red line.
In fact, the average among them was a red line of something like -10bb/100.

if I was villian I would call KQs, AQ, maybe QJs and TT-JJ with spade.

Seeing as your hand gets crushed by so many other hands on the river. If you think villain has Qx in their hand they're going to bet when checked to. It's highly unlikely they're going to check behind trips when you have a hand like AA/KK in your range.

If you check river and they shove then you're probably crushed and it's a fold - unless you know that villain is capable of pulling bluffs.

At some point it's a check / call depending on the odds you're given for calling river.

Alternatively, you can bet / fold river. But this takes out the stabby bluff hands from villian's range.

A3 is far from a nut hand in this spot and there's definitely merit in making a fold on a paired board with a potential flush and no blockers in your hand.

You could get AA / KK to call and they'd probably not value bet if checked to. But the pot wasn't 4bet and you hold a blocker to AA.

So what happened with the hand in the end? Bet and got shoved on by the nuts?

Graph looks like you had a nice hot run. In rush and cash people play tight and don't bluff much at these stakes. It's a very much a game with nutty hands.
