Hello

Ok why I have started this Thread ? because I just Love Poker.
Study learning I have this at my blood.
I will put my day by day graphs / hands / BM

I usually play 6 day per week 2-5 h

Reviewing my last 4 year in online poker:
2009- july-goals 2009
[X] 25k hands
[ ] 10+ hours
[X] Do more hand reviewing (an hour a day)
[X] at least 4-5 hours of poker/day when I'm home
[X] lose weight from 89kg to 84 kg
[ ] study poker 1-2 /day .

2010-2011 small MTT no online cash game
2012 - trying start with 500$ BM (NL10 - lost all in 2 month )
then study hard
2012- trying start with 250$ Bm (NL5- lost all in 1 month )
2013 - more study started with at this point about 400$ usd.

Plan for 2013-2014 ?
[ ] 1-3k hands per day
[ ] using Tilt breaker software
[ ] short session stop win 160-600BB ( experimenting with it )
[ ] stop loss session 100-220 from >=0 peak win
[ ] study 1-2 h per day
[ ] get PlatinumStar at Pokerstars in 2014
[ ] STUDY STUDY STUDY ( video, forum, books, review, skype )

I have realized that:
- the best session for me at NL5 is at this moment:
- 6-max 9 table
- short time session (20-80 minutes)
- stop loss and stop win software
- music

Today I will put my graph from this year 2013 ( I dont know even how much I have lost 300-400 usd ? )

And I will put my Graphic from playing all session

playing for 4.5 hours a day on average for 4 years and you can't get out of micro's? Definitely something wrong if I am reading that correctly.

Also this short session stop win 160-600BB is stupid, don't do it. If you're beating a table you should stay at that table, common sense.

I have break 1 year 2010-2011
at 2012 I was playing about maks 4 month then 8 month break.
And now from about hm dunno 2-3 month study and learning back to micros..

Stop win session I have noticed that when I won about 150-250 BB I change my game and lose it to the -100/200 bb
Then at this point I want just Bank my win with 160-400 BB take 20 minutes break and come back to session.

I know that my state are Horrible and I'm fish .. or something like this But.
This is Reality and I want to change it.

in this Year I have started playing from 08.2013 then by now it is about 3 month and -392 $

you should try to make your VPIP more like 20 and your PFR like 15. The biggest problem by far is your aggression, try to get your aggression level to 50%. You are weak tight, if you play a tight style you need to be much much more aggressive (up to twice as aggressive as you are being now. You could also try to get your pre flop 3 bet to 5-6%, and your money one at show down is bad, you are probably making too many calls on the river. this is what a TAG money one at showdown graph should look like:

as for the hand, I would 4 bet pre in a blind vs blind situation AQ is enough for a 4 bet. Now that he took the initiative when you call don't donk bet into him, he isn't calling with less then ace high and he isn't folding better. check/call if u think he is bluffing

This is probably what you would want a fish at your table to believe. But since we want this guy to actually win money, he's going to have to have a different mindset than this.

And two KK this same I'm considering not going all in pre flop with KK only AK/AA ( KK+ only vs recreation player = 30%+ VPIP sample 120+)

A bad session for today Conclusion for me:
- Rethinking Bank Win from +400 BB to +600 BB (tomorrow I will put new limit) After bank I have 18 minutes break no comp no poker.
- Rethinking Stoplose -160BB >=0 from a peak of the session it is good but sometimes it is blocked from getting more cash ( as a Bad Bet Equlity 95% and lost etc.. ) To put new limits on -260bb>=0
- Day stop loss is now 700bb >=0 from a peak of session If I lose 700bb day I have 21 hours Ban from playing poker.

With the 99 you should be betting more on the flop. When you get raised on the turn this usually indicates a strong hand. Standard fish line is to call flop and raise turn with a big hand.

Fold turn with 99, read up on The Baluga theorem...

I think the problem with your stats is insufficient aggression. There is quite a gap in your Vpip and PFR, try raising more hands and cold call less. You should always try to take the flop as the aggressor. Seizing initiative postflop is very important

Seriously, play less tables. Try playing 2 or 3 for a while, maybe one or two zoom tables. Really focus on every decision and why you are taking any action. It's difficult to do, but it really helps to set your thought process. If you're playing 9 tables you don't have time to focus on one hand at a time and really learn

Less tables more focus
Stop Laos set up to -220BB >=0 peaks It is good.
Stop win set up +600bb (if I have +400bb as usually I would stop at +profit) but life... We will see what I can do with this +600bb
