thanks man! just enjoying life and getting better at poker I'd say maybe travel abit!150k+ would obv. be nice but dont know how much I will improve as a player next year and how good I am right now since I dont have the biggest sample only a couple months so yeah will see but looking foward to start grinding again in january

Do you grind on gg only because of Leaderboards and Rakeback? Or are winnings coming from a true WR?

Until now most profits come from leaderboards and rakeback but tbf you pay like three times as much rake on GG than on PS so obviously "true win rate" will be lower




Didnt do any Poker last weeks but read a book which I am happy about (Principles by Ray Dalio 10/10 can recommend) so looking foward to start hustling in a few days

depends think with like 2h you get min cash and 9h you win it, but dont really know

after pretty good start to the week, I lost like 12BI on 1k in the last few days playing quite trash this will hopefully change next week!
What I will start doing next week:

-Start going to cafes to read maybe twice a week? Just for 1/2 hours. Dont really have a reading routine yet when grinding so trying to establish that also nice socially seeing random people in cafes
Also maybe less Mjam ordering since Ive been ordering food everyday last week + I got my rice cooker from home here now!

Since the current month is not going amazingly well, I will try to study 2h each day for the next two weeks. Sometimes I feel like I lose sight of the big picture since honestly it doesent even matter that much if I make 50k,100k or 200k this year since I have like no real costs in life. Easy under 1.5k a month. Would be very nice though if I would get better at the end of the year and that wont happen if I dont study so. Also wont play more than 10 Tables. Hard for me to resist playing more since if there is more action and leaderboards is a thing it feels like its +EV to play more but I am just playing pretty trash when playing more than 10 so will def stop that. Going to travel a bit though europe, visiting some friends in two weeks so hyped for the final push!

this might turn into a study blog not sure if I will do that but thinking about just blogging every day what I am studying and some thoughts, obv end of the month results still a thing

January Update: Pretty bad start to the year! Think I played quite trash for a decent amount of hands + didnt run to well but what I actually love about poker is that you can always start fresh and the past doesent really matter. Since I am on vacation in a week I probably wont play much volume in Feburary.
Silver Linings: Eventhough bad month still some profit, still put in Volume, didnt lose 10k in tourneys, motivated as ever, enjoying life

Feburary Update :

Happy with the month. Good volume since I was travelling for two weeks, good trip + good results

Results: Cash game: 31757,82(Table Winnings) + 14827,71(Rakeback + BBJ) + 6190 (Leaderboards) = +52775,53
Tourneys: +22645,19

Total: +75420,72

Obviously sick sick Month back running over EV.
Will try not to play Tourneys for next month except the super big ones so maybe less than 5k buy ins in total, since I felt so lost in so many spots yesterday in my big run and should study a bit since I havent really so most of the time in ICM stuff I have no idea what I am doing.
Otherwise noticed that when I was mixing 5k Cash, I was playing quite bad on my 1k tables at the same time so will try to limit tables to like 6 when playing higher stakes.
Hyped for the March Grind, think I am getting better so happy for that!!
