Finished october! Not the best start in grinding fulltime but I think I am on the right track. Barely played the weekend and did more studying directly got reminded how little I know about Poker

Also getting a regular sleep schedule would be quite nice, had a couple of days where I slept in the evening was awake the whole night and slept in the morning super unnessecary. but have like 3BB/100 on Stars over 100k hands in EV on 200z all time and 8BB/100 on 100 in EV over 40k hands so not much volume on these stakes also is probably like a couple month old since I put in majority of the volume to be fair enjoying reg tables alot more actually! You may find it not that big of a deal but honestly ****ing sick that you play NL1K now, I'm impressed. Well done and good luck in the next couple of weeks. As you say maybe in terms of skill it's not that big of a gap (probably also because of Chinese whales) but I can imagine hitting a 15-20bi downswing can harm you roll relatively hard.

I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet but I might return to the Netherlands somewhere beginning of next year (There I can only play on GG). How would you compare 200/500NL regtables to stars 200NL/200z? And also the typical GG related question.... xD How is the rake for you? What do you think is a realistic winrate on 200NL regtables on GG?

yoo dont really have to be winning that much post rake to be profitable since leaderboards and rakeback is just such a big part of your winnings, really dont have a sample size to tell you but if you break even post rake and grind leaderboards you can make 10k+ a month from skill level think 500reg tables is harder than 200zoom on stars but I dont really know maybe similar

still havent checked it lol but if you say so! always not the best feeling when you get snapped on river tho

Pretty rollercoaster month for me, happy how I handled the awful start to the month. Graphs look quite ugly without rakeback but since I almost exclusivly grind on GG now, Rakeback + Leaderboards are the main source of winnings so its fine I guess! Running over EV is obviously quite nice.

Outlook for next month:
need to rake 10k on Stars to finish my challenge so thats not gonna happen this month so will see where Ill put in my volume since GG decreased leaderboards as well.
Otherwise trying to exercise everyday, think it helps me alot when grinding! Got my vaccine booster shot a week ago and went on to lose 15BI the next days cause I didnt exercise obviously not the only reason but def think there is some connection there. Also just not playing as well, when not feeling good.
Also could probably reduce Tourneys since I never really studied ICM, obviously I am just playing super soft fields, so I think I should be fine + I like the gamble but maybe not the best for me, probably when I am Grinding on Sundays Ill reg some tourneys Dont want to jinx myself but got a good feeling for the December Grind

thanks man honestly really happy how I deal with losing money + always insta quit sessions when I feel like the losses are getting to me. Definetly have to improve my health though exercising quite a bit but I only cooked once in the last two weeks. Always ordering food or eating bread/making salads which is pretty bad, sometimes just not feeling that sharp when starting sessions maybe thats one reason why
