I am Chris, just moved to Vienna to gamble full time! For the start I'll play NL200 zoom on PS and GG.
About me :

• 22 years old from Germany(069/0228)
• I play and love Basketball
• love spewing like really

Since this is the first time in my life that my schedule is entirely up to me I will do these things everyday:

• go running(wont start until a week since I twisted my ankle badly a few days ago hiking)
• do pushups
• breath exercises
• study poker

If I am not motivated its fine if I only do these things for 5 minutes, important to me is that I will do them everyday.

i figured they were phone country codes or something similar.

i found that austria's country code is 069 but then didn't feel like searching any further i guess you're from Bonn.

First Day done, went from +1k to -700, def did alot punting especially between 6-8. Wont play then for the next days only mornings/miday + nights day, cant seem to focus around that time. Also will post some Punts to enjoy but wont post everyday!

since the main goal is to improve I should probably study more hopefully can turn things around tommorow

Also noticed I do punt more the longer the session goes which is normal but maybe will limit each session to 1 hour then forced 5min break or smt

Seems you use pokertracker, so to post hand histories what you can do is copy the forum code directly from the top left of the hand details window - the blue button - and just paste it directly.

Was definetly punting like crazy at times so will try to minimize it but otherwise okay!

Finishing all the 40% rakeback challenges on Stars then prob moving to GG until the end of the month, heard there are alot of other soft sites, anyboy can recommend any which are able to play in austria (:?

Having a specific time block for studying helps a lot, 100% recommend. Depends on what hours your sessions are, but I like studying first thing in the mornings and running my sims overnight.

yeah I mean honestly I`ve been trying out different times for the first week and so far at night was def my worst time, but will continue to try out diffrent times since night would be the most convinient I think. Just always in a punty mood then, yeah sims overnight is pretty annoying since its pretty loud but should prob try it anyway!

30k hands in a week? Nice volume! I think GG is quite different environment, winrate coming from rakeback pure pretty much. I think stars is quite competent site to play to be honest and if keeping volume I think you will keep getting rb from there. (apps / deals to sites that aren't on public market likely offer highest EV but also has risks).
