I'm going to track my journey from zero to hero. End-goal: become a winner until at least NL100

Turn is an easy call with the nut flush draw, but on the river I kind of know that I'm beaten towards sets and straights. Would this be an easy fold?
My biggest leak is that I can't lay down big hands (overpairs, two-pairs, etc) on the turn/river.
I play on rush and cash tables (aka zoom) so overall pool tendency is quite nitty, most fish/regs show almost never a bluff.

I lost my complete roll after my previous post on GG-poker fruitslots on a saturday night.... 
From now onwards I'm not going to touch any casino game, I'm going to focus fully on poker game. My main goal is to win at NL200 this year at least with ~4bb/100. Have reloaded my account 2 weeks ago with 50$, below my graph after 11k hands
After rakeback and GG-care (~48$), my account is now on 170$.
My goals for upcoming week:
From now onwards I'm not going to touch any casino game, I'm going to focus fully on poker game. My main goal is to win at NL200 this year at least with ~4bb/100. Have reloaded my account 2 weeks ago with 50$, below my graph after 11k hands
After rakeback and GG-care (~48$), my account is now on 170$.
My goals for upcoming week:
- Play 10k hands on regular tables only (I'm going to dismiss the rush&cash - zoom format)
- Run 1x sim after each session (and write down observations, possible mistakes, deviations from GTO)
- Study at least 5x hours in total (preferably 1h before each session)
- Go twice outside for a run
