Played pretty decent today in the start, then I got tilted due to some crazy hands and was being a bit loose, but still playing fairly solid. I was thinking better about equities and odds today and I got my money in pretty good but never managed to get a good board runout.

BB is 50/10 fish, This felt disgusting, you should have seen his avatar.

Villian is a nit over a small sample, OR is also somewhat nitty. I'm running loose/spewy stats. 4bet is too big but w/e.


BTN is 34/22 over 30 hands, I'm targeting SB who is a fit/fold whale, shove any Ax flop and 1/2 dry flops vs him. I was fast playing this hand due to tilt. I'm betting turn crazy because he has seen me do it before. But in reality he has a few FD combos here and I'm wondering if a c/f or c/c is better. It sucks that he had his pretty card part of his range in this spot. He just snapshoves the river like a little candyboy.

A2o from CO, i never even play this ****ty hands, from CO i maximum raise A7s-A5s and offsuit i play A9 A8o from CO max, A2s only, not offsuit i play from BTN, may be i am a donk myself, but i would recommend to fold this weak aces and on bb as well, unless it's a raise from sb or btn in some situations.

KK hand i think u shouldn't shove there just bet value and see if he calls, i think it was tilt shove really, turn is a spade as well, more likely a flush for him, i would call with QQ+ flush draw as well there if u shoves, u bet value he calls, u see turn and easy KK fold, i fold even 555 on the river before, yeah damn hard to fold a set, i also fold QQ and ones i fold AA easy when u see clear situation.

Both JJ hands are sick, just unlucky, let it go, it's all come back, i lost 5 times in a row facing all in preflop with QQ, then i won it all back

KK hand, I just got it in on the flop so he could fold all his AK/AQ etc. and call with his overpairs. Money will get in either way, and if a spade falls on the turn I might loose value.

Played really well today, I have made an adjustment to focus on my opening-range in certain situations and really think about the EV, because I was way too loose before.
I got into some interresting spots and a squeeze-spot as well.
I also ran into a cooler that was pretty sick lol.

I have decided to set a goal for my self to reach 25NL before 2012, this will prevent me being tilted of short-term results and I'll just think ahead instead. To reach this goal I need to average around $4.11 per day, so I think it's achieveable .

No real interresting winning hands, just AA vs KK and 30bb pots etc. I'll post some of them anyways.

Played pretty well today but I got really horrible boards and was unlucky in some hands. Really random 3bet stuff was happening all over the place which tilted me so much. I could say beforehand that a nit was gonna 3bet and I'd be right like 3/5 times.
I got a ****load of AA's preflop but only got action like 2/10 times even with super-aggro whales at the tables. I couldn't really cbet too much either due to all the moist gross boards.

But I shouldn't be so pissed since I put up the "25NL before 2012" goal yesterday, which will "prevent" me getting upset of short-term results, but believe me, it's much better now.
I'm still above the pace in order to meet the goal.

I expect him to flat my 4bet with AK/KK/QQ, but i really think he should shove KK pre. The flop is really horrible, I'm only getting action by AK/KK most likely. I was getting my money in knowing he probably had KK with a chance he had AK.

Villian is a spewy fish, he had 3bet much during a short sample, I thought shoving was the best move.






I'm officially done shoving AK pre, it's the most disgusting hand ever. Never win these flips, and people always draw out vs my PP's when they've got crappy Ax's.

I'm running a bit below EV at the moment and today was horrific. My red line this session was like -$60. There was a huge whale at one table and I literally missed like every single flop. My AK always got J89/T9Q boards and it was a fold fest. I didn't get many proper boards to cbet. My showdown winnings however was very good the first half, the second half I started tilting due to a hand, so I went into wide-mode and started calling 3bet's with 87s and stuff. I was actually lucky in these 3bet pots and got it in good two times 200bb deep, but didn't hold up against FDs and other ******ed hands.

I've been getting so crappy boards lately it's not even funny.

But then again, If I just would have stopped playing when I was entering tilt-mode, I would just be stuck like 2BI's.
I didn't even follow my maximum loss-limit wich is 4BI's. I'm pressing that down to 3BI's in the future, and I will try to remember it.
I can't continue like this in the future, I always need to stick to a gamestyle and never play like an idiot.

Apperantly I'm having a good showdown line for the past few thousand hands but my red line is bleeding like a pig, I don't think I have done anything wrong on that one, mostly getting unlucky with boards and these god damn random 3bets coming out of nowhere.


This feels really gross but I'm gonna try to grind it back up, just make good decisions and try not to hurry too much. This is really bad experiencing without some kind of bonus or RB because I have raked $250.

As for right now, It feels like these things will happen over and over again, winning some BI's, then it goes straight to ****-town, bouncing back and up etc.

Villian is an unknown fish, I dont cbet the flop because he is gonna continue with pretty much everything except for Q4s and that kind of stuff, I guess a cbet is fine too but I chose not to.
On the turn I expect his donkrange to be mostly draws and 8x/7x. His shove seemed kinda bluffy, so he might have some bluffs in his range too but that's a little bit over the top maybe.


I can't even pick up dead money.. Pretty much always when I do this kind of thing a card for his "range" completes on the next street. Nice job not barreling turn nit



Villian is some 50/6 fish after 20 hands. I expect him to have 88-TT,AQ,AK in his range and be willing to move in with it, or is that just bad? ExpectedV told me about his strong sizing, I didn't think of that ingame, so I guess KK/AA was more likely.. I haven't applied all the factors needed in my thought-process yet.

Played pretty good today, didn't get into many big pots, went negative due to a bluff I pulled off that was called by a dumbass.

Guy is around 20/20 after 30 hands, he is playing 2 tables and seem to be semi-aggro and being a wise-ass 3bet stealer as well.
I expect him to cbet this board with all his made hands, maybe FD too since it's a pretty dry board. The two fishes who fold are 70vpip/fit or fold, so I think I'm gonna take this down quite often because they have so wide ranges, so I just take a 1/2PSB stab at the pot. OR calls and I put him mainly on some bullcrap, I just don't give him credit for not c-betting flop, maybe he has some lower PP with a in it, but that will go away once I complete my 3 barrel plan. By now my plan is to keep betting any turn, now he raises, I don't give him credit here either, because he'd call down with a flush and I can only see him doing this with a bluff most likely, but if that's true I should shove turn so he can't bluff with a better hand on the river, I didn't think of this at the time playing but I was still butting him on a bluff/semibluff.

OTR when he checks I think he should shove any bluffs, so I just shove, I'm repping pretty strong here I think, fullhouse/flush so he can't really bluffcatch that mutch.

I'm blaming this on stars for giving me such a horrible board-runout, any non on turn/river and the pot is mine...

I'd fold pre as well as folding turn b/c villain is repping a boat and the hand is so weird it's hard to say what his range is OTR. I think he reps alot of semi bluffs OTT, random bluffs, boats, flushes if he's really bad, but I think by the way the hand played out it seems alot like exactly 88 or some semi bluff that is going to c/c river with. When you flat turn its hard to say how much FE we have and if I were to bluff in this spot i'd just 3bshove tbh.

I think I was stealing quite a bit and was running aggro stats during the sample.
I don't really feel comfortable 4-betting. I can call more flop c-bets with QQ than like AK so I flat it OOP.
He's probably cbetting the flop with most of his range, and he should keep value betting the turn with a Kx because it's pretty drawy and he should think I have a wide range. On the river he either has a flush or nothing, so I call. (Doubt he will barrel turn with a FD..)

blinds/btn are tight except for one of them, didn't have a good sample so might be incorrect. I know this isn't a perfect iso-spot considering my hand, I have adjusted now and I'm gonna use a better range in these spots.

I bet the flop because it's very drawy and hits the fishes range, might go a bit higher in sizing. Turn, more draws came in and I'm betting for value and protection, river is too thin for value so I just check back.

MP's stats looks like he's some kind of laggy fish but he has limped a bunch, he is pretty weak-aggressive if you can say that lol. I'm averaging around 500 hands per day, 4 tables. My BR is around $250, it was the same when I started NL10. Due to the downswing from like $450 I'm here now.

On the A3 hands why do you raise him when you missclick check? You are oop with not that great hands here .

Then on the KQ hand im not sure if I like the pot on the river or not as played. No one show any aggression on flop/turn and then when you bomb it like that, are we 50% or more against his calling range? If we assume he folds almost everything, why dont we bet a tad smaller.

WP imo on the QT hand. he checked flop but bet the turn so the Q probably didnt improve him that much.

WP too on the AQ hand. As you said he should cbet pretty much all his range here and then when he calls turn but overbet(jams?) river its a turbofold. Seems like a FH since this is so rarely a bluff.
