This first hand with 33 is just a standard situation I see a lot. Villain here is absurdly fishy so I'm pretty sure he will barrel 2-3 streets with airballs.
I think he's value-range in his eyes is all broadways. He was 3-betting a lot.
I'm pretty much clueless what to do in these spots, 4-betting getting in with 3's is somewhat loose. If I had 77+ and AQ+ I think I'm just sticking it in vs these kinds of opponents. However I think I have edge vs this guy post-flop because he never folds. PokerStars - €1 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players Hand converted by PokerTracker 4
fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BB raises to 9 BB, Hero calls 6 BB
Spoiler:
Flop:(18 BB, 2 players) 3 T K Hero checks, BB bets 11 BB, Hero raises to 28 BB, BB raises to 92.5 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 63.13 BB and is all-in
Turn:(200.26 BB, 2 players) 7
River:(200.26 BB, 2 players) 6
Hero shows 3 3 (Three of a Kind, Threes) (Pre 51%, Flop 96%, Turn 100%) BB shows A K (One Pair, Kings) (Pre 49%, Flop 4%, Turn 0%) Hero wins 99.06 BB Hero wins 99.05 BB
That being said I ended up cooler him I think.
This one is sort of weird. I'm just popping flop basically to iso UTG Open cause I feel that he will peel here with AQ / AT and FDs. However 3rd guy in SB just snap-jams. I have no clue what to make of it, other than 66 or KQss or something like that. I think I have to assign him to a narrow range when he does this. I was baffled to say at least.
Really unsure about sizing on the river in this hand. Vs Regs I usually just flat but here vs a rec I was really unsure as I didn't thought he was strong. What do you guys do in such scenarios? Could probably go for bigger sizing as I don't think villain would be a believer here....
Just wanted to book a winning session. I did not play optimal though but some regs on NL 100 are pretty much close to being brain-handicapped and has absolutely no clue how others view them or think about their game.
I've had a few "battles" vs this reg, but it's really one sided and I'm the one winning. However he is the one dick swinging and mashing random buttons. In the hand with JJ I think he's hand was really faced up towards AT-TJ. He plays very robotic so I think he raises sets / overpairs on this flop close to a 100%.
Final Pot: $41.50
Hero mucks K A
Hero wins $39.63
(Rake: $1.87)
Same reg as JJ hand: He has 0% fold 23bet so I figured if I just jam he cannot look me easily cause I've only showed up with nuts vs him when I've done this so it was time to pull the trigger.
hand 2 bet turn. bet river yourself since didnt bet turn, but as played crai.
hand 3 whatever
hand 4 nh
Thanks!
Hand 1: Villain is a moron stupid reg it's nobody home. He is a reg, only difference between him and a fish is that he is playing somewhat tighter pre-flop and even looser than most fish post-flop. I think donking here is the best alternative vs him. BB is just a nit who has PP here all the time and if given action I'm disappearing rather fast with my J's. BB is in other words just an Empty Seat. Villain is not aware that leading into two-people is strong as you can see. I would also bet bigger on more drawy boards like two-toned. However this board is so dry that I don't see the point.
Hand 2: Yes CRAI river as played. Otherwise I should probably made it $25-30$ on the turn and jammed river? Is that Ok sizing?
SCOOP is almost here, if anyone of you are playing the L / M's events and want to swap 5% I'd like to find people to do that with. Hopefully I am able to swap 5% with 3-4 guys for the events I am going to play.
