January coming to an end and I am not very satisfied. I had a few sessions where I really should not have played. I have cashed out $ 7500 and invested it, so my bankroll is a tad to small for SSNL just now. I am just grinding out zoom NL 50 until I have 50 buy-ins. I am kind of close right now with $ 4120. Also I have adjusted my play style a bit towards more of a GTO approach also started being somewhat more on the nitty-side especially in the SB.

I have a lot of freetime on my hands in Feb, so I'm looking forward to priorities playing, working-out and some partying in between as well as studying some poker. Going to read the rest of Mathmatics of Poker by Bill Chen.

Other than that I do think I am going for 200k VPPs.

January Numbers:

Weird spot deep:

Flop: ($44.25) T 3 J (3 players)

Spoiler:
Final Pot: $253.79
BTN mucks Td Jd
Hero shows Ah As (two pair, Aces and Threes)
Hero wins $251.29

I am probably going to get flamed for the way I played it, but the hand is sort of meh. I think pre is v. standard. Flop & Turn is questionable and river is fine. Any inputs on flop & turn play?

In Finance lecture as of now, so savers will come. Later!

Had some swings last couple of days:

Just a few hands:

4-bet bluff went, not south.. I basically gave up, cause I know villain has like AJ/AQ/ here like all day long, cause this is just so standard. Sizing should probably be in the $ 9.50 area.

April: Getting better!

The break-even stretch is because I tried to play 8 tables of NL100. That is impossible for me, I find 6 tables to be optimal. I've done a NL 100 leakfinder video, which I am going to post tonight, it just takes some time to export it from screenflow. Going to grind a lot this summer as well.

Last hand is versus a "decent" regular. However I think I might have to re-label him cause his pre-flop play is atroucious I think. Don't think I could have played it differently except maybe betting the flop. I don't think I want three streets of value with this hand as default versus regs, cause I think I would just valuetown myself for the most part, except if they are very passive and call-down happy which I don't think this reg is. Except for just being somewhat bad/easy to play against. Not really putting me into any difficult spots by flatting garbage in BB.

I am 100% sure he cannot play Q9o, OOP profitable versus my CO Range. Ever.

Well, I have no idea, as I mentioned that KJ hand is just a mess.

Just a longer version of the same mix-tape on this vid. Next time I'll do a live vid, with commentary I think.

New session in the books. Went a bit meh. ****** aggro-fish on your left is kind of hard with no cards, had a rush in two-three hands which made me get into the black for the day.

I might not play the rest of April due to a trip and two assignments at Uni. However if I grind some Uni now I will be playing most of the L and a handful of the M events. I might sell shares here on 2p2 also without mark-up. I don't like MU.

VPP Count: 9500 ish, behind 200k schedule however I have three months in the summer to grind so not really to worried about reaching that.

FPP: 98.000 - I will reach 200k FPP's before Supernova which is a nice $3200 bonus into my account.

Some SSNL'ers might look at my stats, but I don't care. Most of them are incapable of adjusting properly regardless of me posting stats or not.

Solid? - Any input on positional numbers.

Felt most hands where standard, I didn't really get out of line.

There are some regulars on NL 100 which are totally clueless about what is going on.

Yeah, as I said. SSNLer's would not be able to even interpret the numbers. You are not even close to the real number.

Since it should be 73%, I'd say he isn't too far off.
(That number is a little high for my liking, I fold way less at FR. That's not to say it must be bad, but surely you could flat a little more IP and/or 4b bluff a little more.)

I have not seen 73% fold to 3bet in 2-3years

Then again i dont play micros. You're in for a rude awakening. At some point when 100nl regs get stats on you you'll be completely owned if you cant play 3bet pots. You might think that you'll do fine folding a lot and letting them "spew" in those few you call but in the long run that really doesnt work unless you 5-6 tables and bumhunt your ass off.

I think inexploitative 4bet bluffing is in the area of 15%, so I can up that a little bit. Throwing in some Kx combos in there.

If you haven't seen it in years, does not really matter. It does not mean its + or - EV. I think what you have to understand is at NL 100, the guys who play the most solid, will win a lot.

Yes my fold to 3Bet is: 73%, worth taking into consideration is that the volume in this sample-size is not only from NL 100 where you should call more 3-bets IP than in 25 and 50 where the ranges are a lot tighter at 25. People stack off lighter at 100 than 25 pre-flop most of the time.

Also in this sample I've played very solid tried to just avoid playing 3bet pots especially OOP with marginal hands.Have I been exploited by some people? Yes, to a certain extend, but I am not really to worried about that yet.

I'm not sure what exactly is optimal fold to 3-bet. However I could do some more flatting yes, especially IP in some situations.

My button Fold to PF 3Bet is about 60%. I'd guess in the 50's is more optimal. I think you are overestimating the NL 100 regs, by a mile-stone. 90% of the NL 100 regs play too many tables to even think about these numbers and come up with a valid strategy, and yes they spew in 3bet pots for the most part when they are in the SB so playing more 3bet pots IP can't be bad.

Most of the regs at NL 100 are just button-clickers to be frankly, except an handful of players I've seen.

This is a standard NL 100 reg. This is "normal" behaviour sort of say from SB. So flatting more BTN's should as you say be profitable with such hands as middling SC's+.

Any input on that btw? Is that fine doing? Villains 3bet stat is 10%+. Not exactly sure by position, but highest in SB vs BTN I would assume.

I do think that is fairly balanced hence I open about 55% of buttons. The thing with folding to somewhat more 3bets (my numbers aren't out of the ordinary in any sense) is that you avoid those really close spots, even though IP it's alot easier to manouver post-flop. If you are playing just as solid as possible at NL 100 it seems this is optimal, because people will make big mistakes, so playing somewhat on the nittier side but try to appear more loose than you are in reality.

I could look for spots to open more buttons, but when I see people opening 80% of buttons 3-betting must start to increase and so it does.

In the video I posted above, there are a lot of 3betting pre-flop especially on one of the tables, I'm going to increase it somewhat versus some very specific opponents who has major leaks. Opening too wide - from certain positions is a very obvious leak I see a lot of players has at NL 100 - All of whom are regs.

Also I did notice that upper-left table that I got exploited massivly so I 4bet -> CBet Air took it down. And villains 3bet winnings and then some was out of the window. However there are spots here that I should have flatted because of the sizing and he's range is probably weak (not sure if it is linear or polarized).

If people are 3betting relentlessly IP we only have to bluff 15% of the time and get it stacks the rest with decent holdings, somewhat depending on villains 3bet stats.

I will start to transition into this kind of defending ranges, you have seen my opening ranges someone might be able to calculate my f to 3bets with these ranges.

UTG vs 3Bet from IP: 5.1%

MP vs 3bet from IP: 6.4%

CO vs 3bet from IP: 8.9%

BTN vs 3-bet: 21.5%

UTG vs BB/SB 3bet: 5.1%

MP vs BB/SB 3bet: 6.3%

CO vs BB/SB 3bet: 11.6%

SB vs BB 3-bet: 16%.
